I always ask for 1 extra scoop of matcha and its never the same color. Sometimes I ask for 2 extra scoops and it looks and taste just as if I had only asked for one. And when i ask for 3, it looks as if i didnt ask for extra. And i dont have time or the patience to ask them to remake it. If they were more consistent in their measurements I'd give them a 5 star.

The staff here have been really friendly. They have a great vibe and work together. The store is clean including the restrooms. Makes for a pleasant start to the day. Oh, and the coffee is sooooo good. Had a trie shot caramel latte and an English muffin with egg, sausage, and cheese. The muffin is ok... its a microwave thing, but that's not what I come to Starbies for.

Food anf drinks are as should be expected from a Starbucks: overpriced and standard, slightly over-roasted (burnt tasting), coffee concoctions and sugar based slightly above standard quality quasi-bakery 'snacks' - but all very consistent. Just like ALL Starbucks.Depending on yhe time of day, the day of the week, the time of year, school schedules (lots of housewives in large SUVs), and the weather....can be long lines, especially for drive-thru. Just like MOST Starbucks.Let's be honest, it's a typical suburban Starbucks....you know what you are getting.

Worst Starbucks award. Always the slowest no matter what time I come. Try to avoid this Starbucks at all
TLDR: If you can help it, go to literally any other Starbucks or coffee shop.This place ALWAYS, gives me a grande when I order a venti, it doesn't matter who's working, it doesn't matter if I go in or through the drive through or into the store, like absolute clockwork. I stopped going here a few years ago because of this and recently went back a few times and I remembered why I don't go here.At this point I think management is trying to pad their profits a little. IDK, maybe asking for a receipt might yield different results.

Wow! Amazing! The crew works together to help each other get orders done and run a smooth bar. They know their assigned spaces but it is obvious they can work anything that is needed, i.e. drink maker can take orders or refill, etc.They know what is needed to make the morning rush run and flow.Few Starbucks I've visited have this flow of a crew ??????

I went to this location about an hour ago for a coffee and cake pop. It was good! Only weird thing was the guy employee at the window added a tip on the machine right before I paid. I was going to tip anyways just real weird to do that himself

I've been to all the Starbucks in Lakewood and while they all have their pros, I have to give a shout out to this location! Truly exceptional customer service and quality made drinks. When you walk in the door, they shout "hellos" and "welcomes" making you feel almost as family. I can always count on my drink to be delicious, too.
