Very upsetting, ordered delivery through the starbucks app from this store. They forgot more than half of our order in the bag.. on a nearly 40$ order is insane. I’m stuck at home with a 2 day old newborn and did not want to have to drive to the store. So not only forgot a drink, a breakfast sandwhich but also forgot our 2 red cups.. I only ordered today for the free red cup promo and followed the guidelines and they forgot to include our cups in our order…. I called and they pretty much said oh well unless I can come in for them and my missing items, which unfortunately I can’t and wont bc I don’t want to venture out with my new baby just yet. The customer support line on the app has been no help as well smh… sad.

Friendly barista, good chai tea latte, but if you plan on staying ,make sure to wear long underwear because they don't believe in heating the place and you will FREEZE.

My husband and I are on vacation from Miami and found the BEST Starbucks ever! We have literally be been visiting daily. Sunni, Hope, Alex, Jerry and the rest are amazing Baristas! The seating is great too. Wish I could magically move this store and all its amazing employees right to downtown Miami ( dry weather too) Anyhow, highly recommend this place. VIVA 9900

I ordered a Hot Brown Sugar Latte. It was horrible. Imagine a large cup of black coffee when your expecting a latte. No milk no foam no sweetness from the brown sugar. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
