Visit here 2 Fridays a month and the service is always friendly and impeccable. Unfortunately the other locale Monday thru Thursday by my employer is subpar. Seriously thinking about going 4 miles out of my way for better service. Such a shame the poor service at Kipling and Belleview.

This is my local Starbucks so I seriously am thinking of going to a different Starbucks due to their lack of understanding. I always order a Dragon fruit refresher with no water, light ice & exrta dragon fruit inclusions. Everytime I get my drink it's extra ice, light water with light inclusions. It's also a different price everytime I go so not all the workers are on the same page as far as pricing. How could a venti and Trenta be the same price?? I've also complained to management about the messed up drink then they tell me they will give me a free drink but when I get my replacement it still isn't right. **Its not letting me post a picture but after I took most ice out my beverage the drink was only filled half way to my cup. Should I order a grande next time with no ice because it's the same consistency? so upset

Walked over...just to find out it's "drive thru only" on a half price Thursday afternoon...yay management decision...**I really wanted to up the stars....so I did do drive thru this time....No wonder the car in front of me asked for more.... I paid over $6.00 to not even get a full cup. ...and no I didn't drink any ... just moved the foam around to see.... probably wouldn't have looked had I not seen what the car in front of me did....

I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and the workers don't put in any effort to meet to the costumers needs the last few times ive been there my drinks or not mixed or made right and there service is slow, it took 10 minutes for them to remake my drink after they had messed it up the first time. unbelievable. I would recommend choosing a different Starbucks

I bought 4 gift cards on them, each with $5. A $20 purchase. They activated 3 of the cards. One of the cards was given back to me and I took it into the store because they didn't activate it at the time of my purchase. I was told by the manager that they could not help me and that I needed to call the 1800 number to fix it. I left called the 1800 number and was told that the store had to fix it. STARBUCKS STOLE $5 from me. That is an integrity issue that cost them my business for the rest of my life. I will tell this story to everyone i know and explain that I personally will never shop there again.

I just started working in this area and have been going to this Starbucks everyday on my lunch. By far the best and most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The ladies are always so nice.

Been here for over 30 minutes. There is food all on the counter and no drinks. So much food. ZERO drinksThere’s about 10 people waiting.$33 and 30 minutes.There is zero organization apparently.Sucks.One person just mentioned they’ve been waiting for one drink for 20 minutes. No food.

I used to be a shift supervisor at a Starbucks and I love this one. I have NEVER gotten a drink that was wrong, it’s clean, all the workers are great at their jobs and kind while doing so. Will always come back here :)

Great drink makers at this location. Gracefully and masterfully handle my ridiculous bourgeois drink orders without me feeling scorned. Non judgemental. Popular work the work from home office crowd and can get crowded for the limited seating/space. Cute baristas.
