Horrible horrible horrible !!! First off I came to get a refreshing matcha for me and my coworkers when I was ignored for 5 minutes. Than when the smaller bigger chick decided to help me she was so rude and kept rolling her eyes. She charged me for sugar free vanilla and told the guy making my drink to not put any pumps of anything in my. My drink is so strong and disgusting! I used to work at Starbucks and that attitude and hate towards us as customers is not acceptable! I will be reaching out to corporate because this is not right! Came to find out that she has treated all my co workers and some staff at another store the same way! Unacceptable childish behavior!

Best Starbucks staff I’ve ever met I work at the mall and every single time I come I have the best interactions with different staff members they honestly make my whole shift♥️ I’m not even a regular or get the same person they’re all just genuinely kind thank you guys!!

This Starbucks is in the Super Target. The seats at Starbucks are right next to the Target entrance. It was a little loud and breezy.

I don’t get Starbucks very often, it’s a special occasion thing. The handful of times i’ve been to this location my food order has been wrong every single time. I’ve never gotten the food i’ve ordered (or paid for) because it always seems like a burden for them to give me the item I actually ordered.
I got an iced latte here today, I couldn’t even drink it. They put at least 100 pumps of syrup in the drink..and we asked for 2 pumps LESS than the drink called for…waste of ???

I was at the Starbucks in the target at Colorado mills mall on September 14th 2024 and I had order 2 large drinks exactly the same when it came to the employees attitude it was very uncalled for and disrespectful she spilt the drink after making it and then took her anger out and slammed it down to make a huge mess I feel like this is very unprofessional and needs to be brought to someone’s attention . When handing out the drinks I ordered and paid for she would not make direct eye contact at all her name is Ann I asked very nicely and she made a snarky comment back and argued with me to get it thank you for hearing me out
