Always short staffed and always run out of veggies and condiments. Tonight I waited in line for 20 minutes with only two people ahead of me when I was told they ran out of mayo. How does that happen it’s one of the top condiments for sandwiches. Won’t be back I’ve given them plenty of chances it’s just bad management. On a side note the only employee working tonight was very nice and professional. She deserves better from management.

Fix your damn oven, it’s been months. And quit stealing 80% of the employees tips, it’s not right. The owners should be ashamed of themself. If you come to this location (I wouldn’t recommend) tip cash if you can.

I ordered the daily sandwich meal for delivery, paid thru subway's website. They don't deliver from the store, they use doordash. My order was missing the chips and drink (my selections are on the receipt). My Dasher didn't speak English so0j I couldn't explain to her. Neither Subway nor DD have phone numbers on their sites. Had to Google to get phone #s. Called subway and they admitted the items were not included in the order they sent and I could come pick them up... kind of defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. Asked about a refund and they said i had to call DD. Big surprise... when I finally found a number for DD they said I had to go through Subway bc all they do is use DD for the delivery. And the SW has to contact DD... i won't hold my breath. So I guess I'm paying for the items I didn't get regardless. It's not a big cost... but this is frustrating as hell!

Don’t bother with this location. Waited 25 min for the single employee to make 3 sandwiches for the people in front of me and then was told that the rotisserie chicken needed to thaw. One employee is the norm.

Nothing there ever seems fresh when I stop by, the bread is as hard as a rock as if it's been there for a week. I only ever see one worker there even during lunch rushes. They barely have whats on the menu at all times. Nothing ever seems prepared when it should so I have to wait for it to be prepped if I don't want something a day or two old. The management is a complete mess!

The manager & assistant are nowhere to be found. I've called and stopped in multiple times to get an issue resolved but can never catch them. The food I guarantee you will make you sick, and you'll end up in the ER. The manager insists on selling days old bread, sour meat, and (hard as rocks) cookies. Do not eat here

Slowwwww. Never seen more than one worker in here.
I live nearby so I come here often. I always order online. Out of roughly 20 visits, only once did they actually have my sandwich ready. I always have to stand in line like a regular walk-in and say that I ordered online otherwise my sandwich will get ignored and the one employee will prioritize other walk-ins over my 40-minute-old online order.
The sad part is this Subway is never busy, there's only about 4 people in line at any given time but when each person takes 10 minutes or more... and I can't really blame the one employee, the dude's moving, he just needs help!

Hire more employees! Where's the owner of this location?? Get up from your lazy a$$ and make some sandwiches with the person you hired, one employee is not enough!!

The store is clean, but it took way too long to get my food. I don't know who the manager is, but they're not training people right at all. There's no reason it should take more than 5 minutes to get a couple of subs when it's not busy at all. Won't be coming back here until they get better management to train people.
