I should have known something was wrong when I seen how dirty it was around the cash register and the card reader ordered a double meat sandwich and asked for salt and pepper and was grounded in salt and pepper. Couldn't eat it. Burn my mouth. Then I found out they used bathroom paper towels for napkins. Not recommending this location had to throw away more than half of my sandwich there was nobody in the store when I got there but for some reason the girl helping me was in a big hurry. Maybe because this bread was left over and it was chewy but she didn't have any personality. Didn't say hi. Just what next? What next?

Terrible service. Sandwhich was skimped on with the meat and veggies. What is normally one slice of meat she gave me 2 broken half slices as 2 complete slices. Was in a hurry and just said screw it. Give my crappy sandwhich. After reading other reviews this place is going to sink. That's what o get for eating crappy subway anyways

I like to give second chances... I tried online order this time.... oof. Im not sure they read your order. I barely had any toppings when I asked for extra. And missing ones also.
And apparently you need to tell them that you have a coupon before you start ordering. Otherwise, it's not valid. Wtf?

I rarely leave bad reviews for any business but this one is truly terrible. Everytime I've been they've been out of the meatballs. Which you know what, I can understand. It's irritating and frustrating that every time I've been they're out but maybe not within their control. What is within control is the behavior of the employees, which is incredibly abhorrent. Rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unhelpful. And I'm so sorry I asked for "extra onions" and your terrible employees decided to catch an attitude with me and let me know you don't "do extra". I'd understand for meat or cheese, and I'd be willing to pay extra. But seriously? Anyways this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I don't recommend this business to anyone and I'll never be back.

Every time I’ve been here it’s been bad overall. Food is made so sloppy and carelessly ?. The staff isn’t friendly at all, they don’t say a word when you walk in and then try to be condescending because you have requests lol!. The counter and the food always looks very messy and dirty.

Staff is more focused on talking to each other then paying attention to the customer. Almost putting on the very toppings I said not to put on until I called attention to it and using DIRTY knife. I had to ask multiple times to get her attention to use a clean knife! That's not something you should have to ask for. They need retrained and if they have so much time to talk then pay attention to customers maybe they need to have less people working. One of the worst subways for service. The food is typical subway.
