I walked in and instantly knew this place was down bad. The girl at the counter had eyelashes so big she could’ve taken flight, and those loud, crusty piercings were hanging on like they were tired of her attitude too. She took my order like I personally ruined her whole life.
Then the other lady, who was sitting down doing absolutely nothing, decided to waddle over just to be rude for no reason. It’s like they tag-team bad customer service. Honestly, I’ve seen friendlier energy at the DMV.

This used to be my favorite subway location. It had the best staff, and they would accept ANY coupon you brought in; expired, for a different chain entirely... It didn't matter. Customer satisfaction was their only priority. Now, since a new owner took over the location, they don't accept any coupons at all. They'd rather throw out the sandwiches they just made for you than accept a coupon. Monumental waste and a terrible customer experience. Sad to say I'll never be back.
Came at 910 still not open
the condition of the store when I walked in lead me to think they were closing we got there at 7:15pm. I had a young gentleman with longer hair in a ponytail serve my husband and myself. I wanted the steak and avocado sandwich and the gentleman basically said I couldn't have it and I don't understand why still as he said it's for exerciseand working out. When actually it's full of protein which is important for my health and diet due to medical. I didn't argue and ordered a foot long meatball and pepperoni and my husband got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long. The server asked if I would like my sub toasted three different times which I responded to no each time as my mouth is sensitive and the crust hurts my mouth if toasted. He still toasted it without missing a beat. When he asked me about toppings I told him spinach, green bell pepper and the avocado/guacamole. He told me he's allergic and I should have mentioned that before I even ordered and yuck.... So first of all shame on him for telling me what I can and can't order and second of all why do I give a rats butt about any of his medical issues when he clearly has a general disregard for anybody else's. I am a manager and have worked in retail for over 20 years this kind of behavior is disgusting and if he's still employed there after this I'm going to seriously consider taking my business elsewhere as well as filing a complaint with your corporate offices.

The employees at this Subway especially Jessica asked me to leave and never come back because I ask for some extra napkins!!!!!
They told me I can only have 2 napkins per footlong sandwich. Wow. Please be warned this establishment is warped!!!

Count your days subway.... ordered through postmates and paid $28 for four pieces of lettuce, 3 pieces of roast beef, no Avocado, just pickles and olives pretty much.... this will be sent to corporate

Well I know it wasn't the employee's fault.The owner of this particular Subway does not follow the unlimited.Vegetable is a policy of subway. They make their employees limit the amount of onions.You can have on a vegetable sub.Just saying it sounds odd to me.I would not patronize this one I have in the past as I went to this 1 because the 1 near my home started doing that and now.Unfortunately so has this on this one.

This place is an absolute joke. First thing you see is a sign on the door indicating this location is cash only (in this day and age, really?). Once inside they prioritized their online orders, making us wait 10 minutes before being served. As we get up to order, they informed us that this store doesn't accept the BOGO coupons! (Why?!? do you not want to make a sale?) The staff was rude about this and didn't offer any apologies. The lobby was filthy and the bathrooms smelly. Don't waste your time here. We're definitely contacting Subway Corporate about this inept franchisee.

Incredibly nice team who was working there today. I unfortunately didnt get their names but one of them was a lady with dirty blonde hair in a pony tail. Very nice individuals, high attention to detail, and they ensure to go above and beyond with kindness while making sure your sandwich is most excellent. Thank you!

I'm really sorry to say that this is probably the worst subway I've ever been to. I actually tried it a second time because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They are the skimpiest with their lettuce and add-ons. It's the smallest sandwich for the money. I guess they make more this way but I won't be back.
