Great options of sandwiches to select and choose from and change of dinner plans from pizzas,etc...Still reasonable prices when use coupons.Service was nice and professional as you can't find much of this service these days. The young man was very pleasant and polite and remained very calm even with couple people waiting in addition to on line orders queues...)

The customer service at this subway is atrocious. The manager is NEVER there. If you leave a complaint that needs a response, she will not call you back. I ordered a sub with only 3 items on it, and they left off one item (bacon). I cannot get a response let alone a refund. I have left 4 complaints with corporate website, and they are ignoring my concerns as well. The workers are not authorized to do anything. They are probably lucky their loser manager is never at the store.

I'd rather not give a star at all. As we pulled up to the store with 20 mins to spare. The employee (More than likely) the guy everyone has been complaining about. Was stepping out to smoke a cigarette. He then stated the store was closed. My boyfriend than said "20 mins early"? and the guy had the nerves to try to engage him in an argument. He was very unprofessional and we'll definitely not be returning.

Not really a complaint on the food. It's standard subway. But the homeless lady that comes in every five minutes filling up large cups of ice is an appetite killer. I don't even mind the loud opera rock the staff was playing super loud with death throat screaming .

Franchise owner steals tips from his employees. Dear employees : this is very plainly illegal & should be reported to the DOL.

Just had a really positive experience, walked into some awesome tunes, the guy in the rose bandana was really polite and made my food quick and brilliantly while keeping conversation. Working alone is tough but this guy did really well. Props.

I watched as a nonverbal patron was treated disrespectfully, bordering on discrimination by the employee. The interaction started when the patron gestured that he needed a pen to write his order. The male employee at the counter commented that he was not a scribe and if he "wanted to engage" with the patron. While preparing the order, the employee made a show of his frustration by throwing the ingredients on the sandwiches. His sloppiness caused the paper under the sandwich to get wet and rip. He nearly dropped the sandwich. The employee managed to catch the sandwich between his body and the counter. I expected that he might remake the sandwich as it looked like it might have come into contact with his clothes. During this time, I also watched as the employee wiped his gloves on his shirt and pants while handling food. However, he did not remake the sandwich or change his gloves. The customer either did not notice or did not care, so I left the situation alone. When I ordered my food, the employee made comments to indicate he was inconvienced by the number of items (3 footlongs and a protein bowl) and my request to cut slices of ham into smaller pieces so they would be easier to eat as part of a protein bowl. When the employee moved to put the meat into the oven, he dropped the pan on the floor. He then picked up the ingredients with his gloved hand and threw them away. He started to reach in to the food bins on the counter, but I stopped him and told him to change his gloves since he had touched the floor with the others. He became even more agitated and yanked on another pair. This caused the thin plastic to tear, rendering the gloves useless. When I saw that his bare hand was still exposed, I requested that he replace that glove. The repeated unsanitary actions, his treatment of the previous customer, along with his body language, loud sigh and a comment insinuating that I was being difficult were more than enough to cause me to stop my order and go elsewhereDuring the entire situation, at least three other people entered the restaurant, saw what was happening and left before ordering.

From a friend:Avoid the Subway at Kipling and Florida in Lakewood...Tonight I watched the worst display of customer service and food safety I have seen in a long time! A non-verbal patron entered the store and gestured that he wanted a pen to write down his order. The employee said he was not a scribe and would not be doing that. I told him that it looked like he just needed a pen to write out the information. The employee said something like, I am deciding if I want to engage this. When he got the order, the employee was extremely slow and sloppy. He made a show of throwing the ingredients onto the bread, and making snide comments. I debated leaving at that point, and I should have, but I wanted to help this guy get his order. After the other customer left, I started my order. The employee continued with his sighs and comments to let me know what an inconvenience my order was to him. As if all of this wasn't enough, the employee dropped food on the ground, picked it up and then tried use the same gloves to remake the food until I stopped him. He then complained when I told him that the gloves he ripped when put a new pair on was not going to work either. At that point, I had seen more than enough. I let him know that he was an a****** for treating the other guy like that and walked out.No wonder Subway is struggling. I still can't wrap my head around how crazy that was.#Dobetter#Subway

It's a great sandwich when they are actually open. The guy who closes always closes it half an hour early. This is my second night in a row that I stopped by to see they closed early. Definitely won't be stopping here anymore.
