Always closed when I get all the way there. Staff is very friendly and sweet. Today they were closed at 630?
We went in with a group of 8 people. The lady behind the counter told us that we couldn't eat there and we had to order online. She said that with the amount of people in our group we needed to set up a catering order. It was 7pm, two hours till close, she flat out refused to serve us. We called the store at the 32nd and youngfield location, they said it was no issue. This was one of the worst places I've been to in along time, I've never been treated like this at any restaurant I've been to.
Went here are 815 on a Saturday, window display clearly says open and the door is open but the person working inside said they were closed and half the food was packed up. I went to Jason's next door and 20 mins later the open sign is still on and the front door is still open and they are still turning people away.
Chips & drinks are never stocked. Soda machine always has a problem. Veggies look either like garbage or their frozen. The chicken strips on my sub were slimey and smelled racid. The quality of service and the food has really gone down at this location, real shame. Better off taking your business elsewhere.
After a long day at work, Subway sounded good for a quick meal. Not today sir!!! The order was placed at 3:45 online, earliest pickup time said 4:15. I arrived early about 4:10 and checked in letting her know I was a bit early. The girl looked like she was working alone so she was pissy with the few people who came in while I was there.. and me. I waited until 4:43 before I got my single footlong sandwich (American Club)... She made it, but it was just the standard Club, not any od the instructions to make the sandwich.. (Add black olives, Banana peppers, extra pickles.)
At first I felty bad for the worker, until I could see her not caring about anything. She ended up just putting my sandwich on the counter and said nothing. 5 minutes later she told me that was my sandwich by the register. So disappointed, this was the best subway in the area for a long time. now it's the worst. Do better as a franchise. Please!
Those 2 teens running the evening shift are very slow very unprofessional as they were arguing with eachother. A group of 5 people left. And I was for my online order for over 25 minutes
The price keeps going up while the quality keeps going down.
The staff is always amazing. Keep up the great work and customer service.
Nice day out a wanted to enjoy a cold cut... There’s only one lady working and a long line, but everyone was patient and she power through the line. She Rockstar to be alone during lunchtime on a warm Saturday. Didn’t get her name.
Great opening employee! Very professional and quick. Was able to quickly and efficiently make my sandwich and ring me up. Will return!

I came in for an early lunch around 10:00 and was quite surprised by the excellent service and attitude of the individual who served me by the name of Christian. I've managed large customer service organizations and was very impressed. To the owner: You are lucky to have home as an employee!

I ordered online a roast beef sandwich and a turkey. I received a steak & there was blondish brown hair in the Turkey sandwich. When I called she said I had to go to the subway app & dispute the charges. I said no I wanted to talk to the manager and I wanted her name she hung up on me. I see this is a pattern as others are leaving the same issues on their review. She is ABSOLUTELY LYING THERE IS NO OPTION ON THE APP TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. Something NEEDS to be done about such unprofessional behavior towards hard working paying customers. You shouldn't have to fight to get what you paid for & it is NOT cheap. HAIR IN ONE SANDWICH AND STEAK INSTEAD OF ROAST BEEF (They look nothing alike). Employees need to take responsibility for their mistakes in a professional manor. If they are incapable of being professional then they don't belong working & making money just to scam customers out of their money. You don't lie about disputing charges on an app when that feature doesn't exist but you are too lazy to take care of the mistake YOU made. If you can't/don't want to do your job then QUIT.

This place is disgusting I ordered two sandwiches one had blondish brown hair and I mean a bunch of it inside the one sandwich the other was the wrong sandwich. When contacting them they refused to do anything and hung the phone up after i politly told them.about it if i get sick from ingesting a bunch of hair unknowingly i will be hiring a lawyer with my dr bills and pain and suffering, i hope but doubt have taken a shower so its dangerous . If your looking to get sick go here otherwise find a hot dog stand in the street it's healthier.

The store is a joke. I put my order in at 7:55. It says that they closed at nine. They left me hanging for 40 minutes and then voided it out and then they didn’t have the balls to answer the phone. What a joke.
