Out of all the coffee shops I’ve been to since my obsession with making cortados & pour overs began, I can’t really imagine a coffee shop being any more dialled in than here especially in Denver area. If you love & appreciate the highest levels of coffee from sourcing, roasting & various styles of preparation comparable to the quality you’d expect in Japan, Toronto or Seattle you must go here.
The coffee was great! I don't like the location and the baristas did seemed confused about my being there. Not a lot of choices for flavors and mixes. Still a nice little coffee shop, but I will go somewhere else next time. Had a honey latte and it was really good.
When I travel I like to find the best coffee roasters in the area, sweet bloom made some of the best coffee I've ever had. I ordered the one and one, a cortado and espresso shot and was very impressed with the flavor on the naturally processed coffee I ordered.
They had three baristas working and all seemed to take their art very seriously, I believe this is a must visit if you love coffee!
