The Saturday night crew, led by a responsive and competent night manager, consistently delivers excellent service. The french fries, when they come with nacho cheese, are good. Soft drinks seem to be on point. However, some customers have reported issues with beans not cooked properly and beef not cooked properly. There have also been instances of missing items from orders, like challupa's from cravers deluxe meals, and paid upgrades not being received.
