I visited today around 7 pm friday night and was shocked by the behavior of the manager on duty. He is a shorter gentleman who was incredibly hostile for no reason. His attitude was unprofessional and he clearly shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We have visited this location several times over the past two months and they nearly never get our combo orders correct. Wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world having a decent taco but when you intended on eating at least one specialty item a then only receiving two basic menu item tacos then it’s pretty disappointing. I can’t stand this location and the ignorance that they allow to operate their drive thrus.

The last couple of times I have come to this location in the evening has been bad. The food is what you expect, but the workers on the drive thru are either having personal conversations when you're trying to order, or they're just messing around the entire time. They forget parts of your order or just give you wrong things. Most of the time theyre all huddled around the window just talk8ng while the other workers in the back are trying to do the rest of the work.

I have a KFC two minutes from my house...And I drive fifteen minutes instead to go to this one. Very well run Franchise.

Everything was fine The service was most but I ordered a four piece meal chicken and they only give me three and I order the mashed potatoes and gravy and exercise and macaroni and cheese and I only receive the mashed potato and when I call back The only thing they say oh I'm sorry but you did not pay for you exercise I was like really and I had the receipt on the time but I do not want to go back maybe they'll do something to my fool or the spit or something I'm fine like that
Way to go above and beyond Shay! Her friendly welcome and eventual saving of my meal deserves high marks! Got to enjoy everything because of her.
