I understand raising the cost of product due to inflation but when you fail to meet average standards of what a product should be is incredibly irresponsible and will result in this franchise fading into bankruptcy. If you want people to pay those prices at least give them what they paid for,tamale kitchen is not high end dining and that experience is available elsewhere for the same price with better quality ingredients. I don’t want tamale kitchen to leave the neighborhood but at this point I don’t really want tamale kitchen.

i had the worst experience with this location... I asked for 2 beef and bean smothered burritos and only received 1 in my order. Then went back and had to buy another one because apparently they said we only ordered one when there was 2 on the receipt. and to add on, the guac wasnt fresh. It already had brown spots when we pulled it out of the bag. Don't recommend at all.

As I'm writing this review I can't help but feel so disappointed in Tamale Kitchen!! I've been a regular customer for a good while now, and every time I come here I leave disappointed just as the last time. I like to support small businesses HOWEVER!! Yesterday was by far the worst service and food quality my family and I have ever received in Tamale Kitchen. We ordered thee breakfast and street style Tacos. The girl taking the orders wasn't paying attention first she charged us one price and then she charged us another price. We didn't question it. Before we could finalize our order she totaled the cost she even charged an extra bottle of coke that I didn't want. They took a while to get us our food and when we got our food, the quality was subpar (The Bacon was burnt so bad it disintegrated into crumbs, the eggs were so over cooked I needed a knife to cut my eggs!!!! The hash browns were soggy with grease) I couldn't even eat my food, I threw it away. When I mentioned it to the girl who took our order she said "Yeah, okay, I'll let the cook know," when I told her that I couldn't even eat my food. I explained to her the quality of food and why I refuse to go up to the counter and complain due to every time somebody complains about their mid-food quality or the orders taken incorrectly, the staff gets an attitude and become extremely rude, loud and aggressive. The girl was dismissive when I voiced my concern.
I paid nearly $50 dollars for this experience.
Tamale Kitchens inadequacy in their customer service etiquette, interpersonal skills, professionalism and the food service is unacceptable!! The girl at the counter didn't even apologize didn't even try to offer a resolution, at the very least I could have received an apology for Tamale kitchen serving such disgusting burnt low quality food or at the least a partial refund but they didn't even offer that. And why was the food ever even allowed to come out of the kitchen is beyond me. I highly emphasis - I DO NOT recommend Tamale kitchen not to my friends foes or family!!! This will be the last time we eat at Tamale kitchen, I only eat there because it's close and was convenient. Tamale kitchen isn't worth spending my money or dissatisfaction and disappointment hell it's not Authentic Mexican food, it's not even tex mex food it's barely above fast food quality grade.

To the owner wake up and realize that the people you got on staff are more of the reason your establishment is trash the food is not to par but I've had worst and honestly would have a better review if you didn't have you entitled ignorant staff working and taking and messing up orders your not professional at all and neither is your staff and your food sucks
