Our favorite coffee shop!
I don't recommend Bardo's Coffeehouse on South Wadsworth. The staff is rude, the coffee is not very tasty and the pastries are generally stale and not edible. The staff is mostly composed of struggling college students, artists and Gen Z's who feel lost and discouraged about life. They are very pessimistic about their outlook and opportunities in life. The coffee shop offers a range of options, including lattes and matcha lattes, as well as delicious food like the double baked blueberry almond croissant, chorizo burritos, and vegan options. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, books, games, and many outlets. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, even when busy. While it can get crowded in the morning, it remains a great place to meet friends, work, or enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee. With a unique specialty drink menu and a chill atmosphere, it has become a favorite for those working or connecting over a cup. Bonus points for being within walking distance for many and having a great outdoor space.
