The food was subpar and I love seafood. Snow crab which we know doesn't have much meat had meat missing in some legs and not good quality. They charged $22 per one little cluster. The dungeness crab was not good. They charge extra for potatoes and sausage. Potatos were ok. Sausage had a weird after taste. They charged my coworker extra for ketchup. They didn't give you a bucket to throw out shells and had to ask for it. They were out of beignets. Now were just not very good at all, little flavor, and not worth the money we spent. There are way better seafood places don't wasted your time or money.

I walked in waited 5 minutes for someone to assist me. Been here a few times before, never really mentioned how fast the waiters walk when they seat you. She literally started walking Ike she was exercising. I continued to walk at a speed thats was suitable for me. She looked back as if I was supposed to keep up with her I'm a very mature adult woman I will not be running behind no waiter to seat me. I mean she walked so fast we lost eachother. Then the waiter came to serve me, I didn't like his speedy communication their to fast. He brought my drink back with know lid told me only for kids. I said WHAT! The amount I'm paying I can't get a lid? I made him get me a lid. They need to slow down with the customer service and understand we are customers, not employees. I will not return here, if you can't appreciate your guests allowing me to feel welcomed with respect. A lid on my cup germs are a huge! Threat.LIDS ONLY FOR KIDS. You all are not cheap. Shame on you guys. Customer service was tackey tonight 11-1-2023 I usually make my own seafood sometimes, you just want to step outside your comfort.

The presentation of the cooked dishes in the plastic bag is terrible, recommended to bring your own latex gloves to eat, all dishes tested the same because of Cajun souce, no plates - you supposed to use table surface as a plate, the prices are high, the fried calamari had more breading than meat etc. The total impression - never again.
