Amazing place! Always a good experience. They have a good anti theft system as well it makes sense pay before you receive the food, that's any fast food place now as well. (Really don't understand why people don't get that) They have the most authentic foods/ice cream/and drinks (HIGHLY recommend the orchata!) as a mall employee I'm there for my breaks almost on the daily. I appreciate as a proud Mexican the amazing customer service the young ladies always have. I recommend the Chillindrina, the orchata, the fresas con crema, and el elote! Check this hidden gem out ( located at entrance 4 1/2 by adidas, BBB fashion, and Finish line)

Kid-friendliness: Was not kid friendly when they said my 3 year old might steal her ice cream so she couldnt hold it until i paid.

I didn't like it. I asked for a flavor of ice cream and they gave me a different one. It's very expensive and not good. The truth is, I didn't like it at all. Paying so much for my snow to be incorrect. Very bad service.

Really unique items here for a good price, staff is incredibly friendly. Lots of really cool nostalgic items here, my favorite is the astronaut ice cream. Accessible, respectful and kind super fun place.

Friendly atmosphere and Pleasantly Surprising Employees.Had a great time Browsing.We all ended up spending March more then we planned, prices were right on spot. We just enjoyed it so much. We stopped to look for a certain candy but I ended up getting ice cream!. I sampled what I think was called the superman? Don't quote me on the name.. I was a mix of colors but it was so delicious and creamy!! I was told the ice cream is made in store. My only regret is not going back to purchase a pint or a half gallon of it. It was super delicious. Everyone I interacted with was very kind. Thank you!

They use frozen then defrosted mangoes I think because the mango is all mushy and has no texture.

They have a huge selection but I had the worst Fresas con crema I've ever had in my life (and I'm old haha).
