Thirsty Bear Bar & Grill

We came here the night before our wedding with a group of friends and we had an excellent time. Kathy (sp?) was our server and she was such a lovely person and made us feel celebrated. The bar bought us drinks and made us feel like family. We got wings and fries which were delicious! We will absolutely be back, thank you to the entire thirsty bear team!

Definitely a great experience all around!!!! The food was great and the service was great! Even the fellow patrons were really nice!!

Our server was quick and efficient - the food was good. It was a good stop after a soccer game.

Overall, just your typical neighborhood dive bar. Food was typical bar fare. Nothing great nothing terrible. Service was all right. Will I be back? I don't know maybe if I have nothing else to do

Fun spot for a couple pints. They pour a nice Guinness. Kathy and Tillie are at your service. Fun people, fun bar!

Great local hangout with a comfortable/cozy atmosphere. Large beer selection with a full service bar. Bar food is good.

Honestly... the food is flavorless.

I went in this bar, and there was a demon behind the bar. Some would say it was the bartender in a highly accurate demon costume within a few weeks of Halloween. I don't care. I suppose some people are in favor of demons, or are demon-neutral.

For those people who are anti-demon, this is not the bar for you. There are other places to choose from with less of a demonic vibe.

A buddy's car broke down. Neither one of us had dinner was getting late. Most everywhere was closed. We walked in their kitchen was closed as well, but they opened it and allowed us to order any fried food, we had the wings They were wonderful. We both thought it was fantastic That we were able to eat because we had such a lousy evening Up to that point, they made our night and filled our bellies with good food and great service. I definitely recommend.... great place for beer, wings and conversation.

The waitress that we had was SO rude. We asked her what some of the menu items ingredients were (because of allergies) and she was like "black beans, corn, stuff like that". When asking what kind of beers she had on draft she also gave us an attitude. If you hate your job and you feel the need to be rude to your patrons, go find another job.

We had spaghetti and meatballs, a Philly cheese steak dip, a gyro, and a caesar salad with chicken along with draft beers for lunch! Love the atmosphere, the tables, the service, and the prices! We’ll be back!

The food was decent but not great. Service was good. The chicken poppers were good. Wings were dry with sauce just poured over them. Accoustics are terrible. Then we spotted spiders running up and down the window frames. The music was very loud. Some patrons were talking and laughing so loud as to make the entire experience uncomfortable. We left as soon as we could.

Vegetarian options: They did have a veggie appetizer and they were fresh and tasty.

Tilly was a great server, very attentive and friendly. She provided us an amazing visit and we will be sure to come back to see her as often as we are able to! Great work Tilly keep your chin up and doing what you are doing! The dessert coconut cream pie was to die for!!! Best coconut cream pie we have ever ate!!!!
