We had some visitors in town and needed to eat lunch at a place that I know will consistently serve good quality food. Everything turned out great, and our out-of-town guests loved the flavors! Tokyo Joe's is a hidden gem for Coloradans! Staff was very friendly!

I’ve been to this Tokyo Joe’s location several times now, and it never disappoints! The staff is always friendly and efficient, making the experience quick and easy whether I’m dining in or grabbing takeout. The ingredients are super fresh, and the bowls are consistently delicious — I especially love the salmon poke bowl and the customizable teriyaki bowls.
The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and has a great laid-back vibe. It’s a perfect stop for a healthy, satisfying meal. Highly recommend this location if you're in the Lakewood area — they’ve definitely earned all 5 stars from me!

I have a fish allergy I asked the guy doing the rolls if he could make me a veggie roll. He said I got you. Man this roll was amazing. It is so good. I think it needs to be on the menu l. We'll worth for all 8 pieces. Cucumber, cream cheese, spinach, green onion, carrot and sweet chili sauce. SO GOOD! THANK YOU
My son waited almost 2 hours after placing an order. He was frustrated because no one would acknowledge him if he went to the counter to inquire, so I called the manager, Eric. I explained to Eric that the wait was acceptable, and Eric argued with me that his longest ticket was only waiting 41 minutes. I asked for a refund and he agreed. I told my son to go ask for Eric to get a refund. He still was ignored when he went to the counter. He waited 10 more minutes and finally got Eric's attention, which made me furious because clearly Eric knew my son was there and knew my son had already been waiting 2 hours. Eric couldn't find the ticket for our order, but my son had his receipt. Instead of refunding my bank card, Eric gave my son a partial refund and the sushi that had been sitting there for oner 2 hours. My son has Autism and I explained that to Eric over the phone. Pretty crappy to take advantage of an at risk adult like that. An autistic man trying to navigate in the world full of awful people. We'll never go back.

I used to always go here when I traveled to Lakewood, not sure why I read so many bad reviews recently. I thought staff was friendly, and gave me exactly what I ordered, all was cooked properly, quite delicious. Give 'em another try.
