I ordered through doordash as a pickup order. And I used to get chicken tenders from this restaurant a couple years ago all the time. And it was super delicious decent-sized tenders. But today was another story. They're almost as small as nuggets. And then I paid for three sauces and only received one. Also the serving size on the fries has also gone down. All of this for $22? Never going back that's for sure

Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

I don't think this is right. That's the address of Old Chicago on Wadsworth. I know because we tried to go there today. Tried to call to get correct address info, but it's a call center in Texas that serves their corporate stuff. On hold too long, so I gave up.If this is inside Old Chicago for some reason, there should be some indication.

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place
We ordered takeout today and were extremely disappointed. This was our first time eating here and pretty much everything that could have gone wrong, did. The chicken was extremely dry, fries were cold, and my husband ordered the chipotle mac and cheese which was completely inedible. We will not be returning.

The food was beyond horrible. Almost every single chicken tender was burnt. Like not edible burnt. My daughter her prefers her food like this could hardly eat. Also the Mac and cheese sucked. I could have went to raising cane's paid less and got drinks for way better quality. Smh 0 starts ?

Food is delicious, but I just placed an order on Door Dash that was immediately canceled and now my money is hanging in limbo for the next 5 days.... Not a good way for a restaurant or Door Dash to do business.Like I said... Food is awesome... Save yourself some troubles though and just go pick it up COD.
