Amazing crew, always super happy to help, but as someone who has come here quite a few times it is disappointing to see what the staff have to deal with. There have been multiple times I have heard or even seen management yell at employees over minor issues. The only time the employees look comfortable is when the management/owner is out. I have also heard about tight restrictions they have regarding syrups and food that often hinders its quality. The crew turnover is insane as well, every-time I come in there are new staff members. I would not recommend supporting this business until they fix some serious issues.

Consumerism killed it. I remember when this coffee shop was tiny, cozy, and actually cared about the coffee. Then came the bakery the over priced gift shop. Sure, coffee and baked goods are a dream combo…but not when everything tastes like it’s been thawed out of a freezer. Frozen puff pastry? Really? Why run such a huge place if you won’t even put effort into the bakery that makes you most of your money? It’s soulless and lazy. And no, I’m not interested in whatever excuse the owner is clawing to give about why their place doesn’t suck.
Edit: notice how you don’t respond to my food quality critique. Well it is what it is. Nasty food. I’d recommend skipping this place if you don’t want to pay for freezer burnt items .
The barista there is so nice she makes the best coffee! Their frozen drinks are always super good.
Just watched the staff rip through 18 people and all their drink orders like it was nothing. Keep killing it.

We ordered two dirty chai and one cinnamon roll
For a total of $24! Unreal. A Coffee house used to be a gathering place for the people, these prices in my opinion strip the heart out of the cup, and knock the cup out of the people’s hand.
I hope your baristas are making at least $24 an hour for what you charge. Everyone should be able to access two cups and a treat for less than one hour of labor.
WOW- you spend a lot of time defending negative reviews. Is that why the QR code for feedback goes to your phone and not an online review?
I’ll keep my money out your greedy register. Hope your at least paying your people

Generally fine. Cinnamon rolls are very dry I recommend skipping those.
Eric, actually I get quite a few responses from owners. I did have frosting on the cinnamon but it was still hard to get through. The cinnamon roll was had on 4/14/25. I tried a pecan roll today (4/27/25) it was a little better but still needs some work. I would like to give more stars but have to face the facts that after years of coming here the results are inconsistent. Lately service has been faster so you have that going for you.

Amazing quiche cups, the burrito was also quite tasty. Their coffee has been good but not amazing. Definitely a new favorite and worth checking out

ambiance was cute and cozy, vibes were bustly, and staff were friendly. Gift shop was cute and fun to browse as well. My main gripe was with the Vietnamese coffee — maybe they used Vietnamese roasted beans? But overall it tasted like a regular latte more than anything. Very thin, not really getting the robusta I usually taste, and had a distinct taste of milk instead of condensed milk. My partner got a savory pastry that was supposed to be heated up but was pretty cool in the middle. Taste of the breakfast pastry was great though! Was told the price of the breakfast burrito increased because of the price of egg and so was expecting a very eggy breakfast burrito, but it was much much more potato than anything. Overall, happy to support a local coffee shop and wish them the best!

Love their coffee, but it's gotten so expensive. It's been my daily brew for years but I'm looking elsewhere now for a new blend that costs less.
Couple of photos added hope owner can see.. working around food can’t have hair flying around. Love the coffee.
