Everything was good, but to charge 1/2 price for children under 10 including 2-3 years old are ridiculous (my daughter had 1/2 piece of chicken karaage). Giving 3 stars for that. Will not be coming with family again.

I'm updating my review because i've been coming here since it first opened. So over ten years and now that they have made it all you can eat the food quality has went down. Needless to say, I'll be looking for a new favorite sushi place

Overall great experience. Whenever we come in we never have any issues. We went in to eat and had a server that we never had before and she was horrible. She took forever to great us. Even when it was slow inside the restaurant. The server didn’t pre-bus our plates so when new sushi plates came out we just had to keep stacking them. Half way through the meal we were informed that we would be getting charged the dinner menu because it is a holiday even though we tried ordering from there and were told we could not do it earlier in the meal. We had to hunt the server down for drink refills and we even had to steal a paper and pencil from another table to be able to order more food. When we finished and payed the server hovered and when I tipped what I thought was appropriate for the service she was unhappy and then said some words to us in her native language as we were leaving that I cannot imagine being nice. If we ever come in again to eat and she’s serving in making sure to get someone else or just go home. The food was fantastic and wonderful and came out at a good pace.

Food is very bland and mediocre. The service is slow. They were playing metal music. Kind of the worst sushi place I might’ve been too in awhile.
The food is fantastic! Now they have an all you can eat with a full menu. The quality is as good as it has ever been!!

I recently tried the all-you-can-eat experience at Wasabi, and overall it was underwhelming. The sashimi was actually very fresh and enjoyable, but unfortunately the rolls really missed the mark and they just weren’t good at all.
One thing to note: everyone at the table has to do the all-you-can-eat option!
At the end of the meal we were told there was a $1.50 charge per piece of sushi not eaten. Our waitress never mentioned that at the beginning, which felt misleading. We didn’t want to eat the pieces that weren’t good!
The service was pretty mid not terrible, but not great either. The food also came out all at once instead of in a normal sequence, which made it overwhelming to eat and hard to enjoy each dish.
The outside environment was fine, nothing special.
Overall, I’d give it 2 stars. The sashimi was the highlight, but the lackluster rolls, surprise charges, and chaotic serving style made the experience disappointing.
