This was a rough go. They messed the frostys up, we asked for a brownie batter and an oreo with brownie and got two of the exact same thing and when confronted they claimed they were the same and didnt want to remake anything. The food was mediocre, with the nuggets tasting rubbery and gross and the hair in food totally ruined it. With 2 meals with fries, and a 10 piece nuggets we got 2 sauces, and they wanted to charge for more sauce. Im not asking to empty their register, but another couple of sauces would have been nice. Probably won't be coming back here again.

I take extreme issue with ordering through an AI. Not only will this take away jobs from the people who need these positions; it is uncanny having an AI take my food order. Because of this I'm going to start the hashtag #boycottwendysai. I hope this hashtag catches on and encourages people to boycott ordering while any fast food company utilizes AI for its order taking.

The manager is great when he's on shift and he keeps the employees in check. When he is not there this place is a mess. They mess my food up often, I ask for no veggies, get an exuberant amount of veggies. I ask for a Dave's double they give me two jbc patties on a Dave's double size bun and charge Dave's double prices. The kids taking the orders are no forward thinking, fast, and often act like they don't know how to put orders into the computer. Guess no more wendies for me cause get it together

Why do corporations think old, brown and wilted, shredded lettuce is the right thing to do to their customer's food? I can see why this place wasn't busy at dinner time.
I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce and an apple pecan salad to go. When I got home there was no sauce for the nuggets and no pecans for the salad. They also put no ice in the soda so it was warm.
