I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce and an apple pecan salad to go. When I got home there was no sauce for the nuggets and no pecans for the salad. They also put no ice in the soda so it was warm.

Might just be Wendy’s. But this location is great. Always fresh food, which is a must in order for fast food to be good. Such great customer service. I didn’t get the employees name, (I think possibly the night manager) was so freaking nice. He could make anyone’s day.

While waiting to order, I noticed there were a ton of flies flying around in the lobby and kitchen, a clear sign of a lack of cleanliness. Then I noticed a male employee with a cash register tray on the food make-line where food was being made.
This place is disgusting, the manager was complaining about babysitting her employees. 12:40 11/08/24.

I ordered two lemonades and waited over 15 minutes. The way they process orders is incorrect, I waited behind a family who ordered after me, they got their food first. TWO LEMONADES almost 20 minutes. I live super locally and i will drive to a different place. You need a leader, and expediter who will prioritize. Watching this team bumble around silently and almost stupidly is off-putting.
