This Wendy's has really gone downhill.
Ive been there maybe 3 times in the last 6months, and everytime I have to pull to the side. Why??? I ordered i single meal, a kids nuggets and a frosty. I told the auto order thingy (not a live person anymore) I wanted ketchup. When we got to the window I asked for a BBQ too for the nuggets. The kid says the ketchup is free but the BBQ is 50cents. I pay. Im asked to pull up. I pull up in my big Sierra truck but theres a lady already there who wont pull up further. I get honked at. Finally she gets HER food and i pull up further. We wait and wait, other cars are going by BARLEY getting past my truck without scrapping it. Our food finally comes. Melted frosty for my kid, no ketchup (cause I wanted BBQ i guess) and no straw.
Awful. Get it together or get new managers.

This Wendy's is ridiculous. They have an AI ran drive thru, which is not the problem. The problem is that with all the technology they still can't get the order correct. They gave me an order that was not mine, when confronted about it the took it back through the window which I thought was against company policy. They never put on the lids properly. So when I grabbed my beverage it spilled all over my vehicle and clothing. They are rude as well.

Food can be ok, the staff uses foul language and is about to crash out all the time, since they got the AI order taker I think they forgot how to talk to people.

Super rude and blatantly disrespectful employees. Was ignored more than once just trying to place and order. Drink machines and tables are pretty gross. Better options across the street
