I used to really like this Wendy's. They were quick and my food was nice and hot. Today (09/26/24) however, was just ridiculous. There were 3 employees working, not the main problem; I work at a fast food place so not enough employees and extra work is awful so I do sympathize on that part. My main issue was I waited 30
minutes for my order. Anyone else after me got theirs. By the time I gotten my order, my food was cold (the potato wedges were cold while the sandwich was just warm enough before reaching cold). I am incredibly disappointed and upset. If this ever happens again, I'm never going to this location ever again. Please do better next time.

Ordered Dave’s double and baconator in the drive thru 8/14 around 7pm when I got almost home realized the baconator was fine my daughter ate it but the Dave’s double was missing a patty and the order was $16 and change so I was kind of upset paying that much. I called the store to get store # to send a complaint online because no receipt was given but no one of course answered.

This is one of worst wendys I ever been to. Employees laugh very load and that chinese manager sure speak loader than all of them. NO HAND SOAP IN RESTROOM AND LOCKED OTHER RESTROOM FOR EMPLOYEES. I KNOW HOW MUCH U SAVING FROM THESE HAND SOAPS. CHINESE manager could say sorry but she says people stealing my soaps, it's not your soap it's service we suppose to receive in order to eat and stay healthy.

I use to go here all the time as I work in the area. Lately nothing but disappointment. Forget getting a limited flavor frosty, peppermint and orange they never had. Berry they had for like a week. Now they don't even have a register open, must use kiosk. Forget it!
