White Fence Farms is a beautiful community! I toured with Kirsten and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about a new home at the community. The finishes are beautiful and the location is great. Highly recommend.
Overall a decent place to live. The units themselves look nice at first but after living there for a while it was clear that the units were made cheaply and quickly. The walls and floors are thin and I could consistently hear people walking, playing music, and smell people smoking in their apartments. People are not respectful of the quiet hours and smoke free rules. My apartment also flooded during the winter which I understand can happen in cold weather but I do not think it...
I love living here! I moved in the day of the recent management shift, and while there was a few things that fell through the cracks, Gabe and the Equity team were very kind made sure I had what I needed for a smooth transition. They are always responsive when I have a question. My unit is exceptionally quiet! Neighbors are friendly, community amenities are exceptional (I regularly use the hot tub, grill, gym, dog-wash and co-working spaces), and love the walking trails behind...
