Came here about a week and half ago place was awesome atmosphere was great I liked the way it was set up nice decoration the employee working was very helpful. I went with his recommendation of Watermelon Slush and Popcorn Chicken Combo and I think was thankful I did because it was delicious!! Recommend coming to check it out will be returning again soon with others !
I love zero degrees but why say your new store hours are open until 8pm but close at 7?? Just cause we're getting a little rain! PITIFUL

Went in last weekend for some drinks. We had the Spicy Watermelon and a split cup with tea and cucumber lemon. The drinks were great quality. Customer service however could've been better. Employees seem to hate their job or something which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Probably won't come here again unless I'm in the area.

So, I love this place. Aesthetically pleasing. Casual. AMAZING grub and drinks, gender neutral bathroom and a photo op in the hall. Only thing I couldn't stand was the single employee working (Monday afternoon, 1 pm so less of a big deal) was that this person was BLARING country music. Otherwise great customer service. Our food was hot and fresh, drinks hand made. Very empathetic towards the lone worker, he gave excellent service, but the music was too loud and only friendly for a certain type of crowd.Parking: Big parking lot, shared amongst multiple businesses.Kid-friendliness: Can't wait to take my kid here. Such a mixed menu. Good food, good service.
I’ve wanted to try this place for a long time and so I ordered a variety of food. None of it had any flavor. I had to add my own seasoning to everything when I got home. It was the most bland fried food I’ve ever had. The butter garlic popcorn chicken was completely flavorless. This was the first place I’ve ever thought of calling for a refund. A large part of the menu was also not available. It’s way overpriced. One of the items I got was a side of fries and elote for $12. Their sign said home of the mangonada?? It was a mango slushee at best. Service was good though!

Somebody tell Gen Zero work ethic that if a place closes at 8 that means you don't start mopping and shutting down until 8. I showed up at 7:38 and was told "The kitchen is closed but I could make drinks " My boyfriend and I left and before we even got to our car she had the mop ready

Was in the area (One Oak tattoo. Highly recommend) and needed something to eat. Was pleasantly surprised that a place named after their cold drinks had such tasty popcorn chicken and fries.

The best garlic fries. They are sweet and addicting. We also tried the shrimp and pasta plate. It was deliciously crispy, and huge shrimp lightly battered with garlic sweet flavor. We definitely will return. Sorry, I gulped my drink before the photo, but it was perfect.

We stopped here for some lunch - popcorn chicken and garlic noodles. Didn't get any drinks because we had gotten drinks somewhere else. We didn't know our order would be thrown in the same container. The noodles looked good but once you ate it, it was SOOOOO salty - like the top of the salt shaker fell off emptying the salt all over our noodles . We couldn't finish it because we felt our cholesterol rising. The popcorn chicken wasn't great but it was slightly better than the noodles. It lacked crunch and flavor. Their drink options looked good though !

Honestly loved this experience. A bit on the pricier side but the Ube horchata and the Popcorn Chicken combo is out of this world. The service at the counter was amazing, my order was taken fast and it was right. The music was just right and the atmosphere is comforting. Honestly surprised this place isnt super popular. Very satisfied with my experience at Zero Degrees at Lakewood
