First time customer. I enjoyed the small frozen Caramel Macchiato, coffee drink I ordered. It was blended perfectly. I will be back for another. The store was clean and organized. The facilities were super clean.

Doordashed from this location and they sent me regular bread and a regular breakfast sandwich, when I ordered gluten free!!! I have a gluten allergy so this is super frustrating. Also every time I order a drink they don’t put any of the add ins I pay for in it. Today was the last time I’ll order from here.

Failed at making a London fog and a simple egg and cheese sandwich on everything bagel. Gave me a sausage sandwich despite an allergy and very watery milk drink that tastes like a tea bag was lightly steeped in it. Disgusting! Not worth the money when there's much better coffee out there. Lesson learned, don't make my mistake and please go elsewhere!

Drive in coffee place on Colfax, nearly as quick as starbcks but I like the coffee better, plus is nice local hand foods and snacks. Service seems less stressed than others.

Always delicious drinks and good food. Only problems we ever had are that some of the sandwiches are kinda sad, and sometimes way overcooked so you can't even eat the edges of them because they're so stale and hard.

Went to try this place for the first time after hearing about the special sodas they have as my husband and I wanted to try them. We walked in the store and the two girls working didn't bother greeting us, even to say hi we'll be with you shortly. After about 5 minutes they finally came to the counter and when we asked if they had the roads they said no, I asked if they knew when they were getting them they became snarky and didn't answer. In an attempt to not make our trip a total waste we tried to order some coffee drinks and were then told they were out of those as well. Overall we left disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service provided by the gals working. I see they now have the sodas but I'm no longer wanting to visit this establishment based on that previous experience. I hear great things about Ziggi's but this one must not be ran to the same caliber as others around town which is disappointing.
