Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Michael took my order and he was great. great attitude very helpful and attentive....The cheesecake was surprising good and good portions. But the enthusiasm of Michael was over the top and there was no one there but me so it wasn't fake. (im still smiling about it)
and who gives ice creams for a $1.

Parking: it was busy so parking was slim.

Guys and gals, yall are rockin' it! We've only been there twice but because of the incredible service and excellent food, it's gonna be our new sandwich destination. The prices are fair because of the quality of the food. The portions are filling.
Thank you for the nice atmosphere. It's very obvious that there is great teamwork and a genuine management.

I ordered the bacon 3 cheesesteak with extra meat. I guess that was code for a mayonnaise sandwich. Way over priced for what was offered. The "gourmet" fries were garbage, as well.

Unexpectedly very good! Everyone says they've got a cheesesteak... Charleys has a few good ones! Contributing to this review due to exceptional service. Good portions, filling, and properly cooked food. The ? shake hit my comfort zone. Thanks to Alfredo!

Ordered my meal with a lemonade drink was left standing there for 10 min waiting on just my drink. I complained to the GM Mario who laughed it off. Waited even longer for my food and made the complaint about the cashier not wearing gloves to prep my meal. How gross ? not a good experience at all the cashier Michael must think his job is just a joke with the customer service he delivers. I paid 36$ for my meal and felt grossed out even eating it. Do better!

To the owner: I am an OTR truck driver. I work all over the country and frequent fast food establishments at truck stops. Most all of these places are a disappointment because the workers just don't care about their job, and the service one receives reflects that fact. Poorly prepared food and bad attitudes go hand in hand. Mind you, this is the norm from coast to coast. Today, I decided to pull into your location for a break and take a chance to buy a cheese steak after reading the reviews.
I ordered an item requesting that it had no mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles on it. To my dismay, but no surprise, those ingredients were not taken off. No big deal, really. I went back in to have my sandwich remade expecting to be recieved with bad attitudes. Man, was I wrong! The young gentleman apologized fir the order and went as far as to offer me 2 coupons for a free sandwich. I told him that wasn't necessary, but he insisted. My order was made immediately and brought out to me. More apologies were made. They were very concerned that I was satisfied. I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate the service I received here. I will make a point of coming back.

This place is absolutely amazing I loved every single bite of my 3 cheese bacon cheese steak I highly recommend this place if your ever in Lamar
