Terrible service. 20 minutes for 2 bagel bites and a medium iced coffee and it wasn’t busy. Wouldn’t acknowledge I was there to ask if they forgot about my food. The only other two customers that came in the store left because they weren’t acknowledged at the register.

Over 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting with only one vehicle ahead of me. Finally got to the window and still had to wait 5 more minutes, cashier passed me the bag and struggled deciding which drinks were mine, then asked me if she forgot anything. I was running late by this point so didn't double check. No straws, missing food, and all of the food was cold. Several people backed out of the drive thru after waiting for so long. Get a more efficient system, a total waste of $50.

Such friendly employees. They help you ordering the best coffee or drink just right for you. We go every Saturday and really enjoy trying different drinks. The Manager is fun and and is involved. Great place!!

I went and ordered a Americano coffee to go lady did not know how to make it took over 12 minutes just waiting for it for the Americano cup of coffee no line not busy and still didn’t come out right

Didn’t get her name, but a Heavy set black female with tattoos on her face attended me. I tried to order a shakin espresso. I asked to substitute the brown sugar for a different syrup as well as an extra shot. She said she couldn’t make it the way I was asking, because that’s not how the shakin espresso is made. I advised her I order it that way all the time at this same location. Always have been willing to pay extra if need be. Said she didn’t care, and that’s the only way she will make it. Who hires these people??? I will be getting in touch with corporate about this terrible experience as well. It’s sad that people are getting paid, and are not ever willing to do their job.
Update: Tony, the manager was timely in contacting me about this. Got me all taken care of. I know this hiccup was not managements fault, as Tony seems knowledgeable, and just a good person in general. Thanks Tony!

If I could give it a 0 star I would they were the rudiest service I've ever had. They lady told us to get the hell out of drive thru they got are order wrong and are coffee. How hard is it to make a coffee. I've called the corporate office and talk to them and said they someone will call u and on to the next day no call. We will never go to the one Lamar Colorado.

Sorry excuse for a dunkin, there seemed to be no one capable of doing their job in a timely manner. The station was so disorganized and unresponsive to their customers we left with out getting our order.

Stopped in during a snowy, cold early January day. Was delighted to see the Dunkin sign while we were filling up at the 76.

I used my Dunkin app and everything was great, including the coffee. Thanks, from two weary travelers.
