Didn’t get her name, but a Heavy set black female with tattoos on her face attended me. I tried to order a shakin espresso. I asked to substitute the brown sugar for a different syrup as well as an extra shot. She said she couldn’t make it the way I was asking, because that’s not how the shakin espresso is made.
