Have been seeing signs for awhile now of KFC and Charley’s declining due to the employees you keep hiring. I with the 7 other customers app commented on how the girl treated us tonight.

It's been a long time since I had really good KFC, and good customer service. The food tasted the way that the colonel wanted it. Also the food was served quickly and the employees were very polite even though they were very busy.

The girl said they didn't have crispy. Thrn proceeded to say that no kfcs have crispy. Uh yes they do. Every single one does. Super irritating because her attitude sucked. If you're lazy or didn't order enough supplies just say so. Don't make up nonsense when the menu has it listed. There isn't only original and there's been crispy since I've eaten it. But it's okay. Next time I'll just skip your store because you either don't carry it or your staff is lazy. Nbd. There's another one somewhere else that will take my money.

We order one meal, get home and it's not even close to what we ordered. We've been given stale old biscuits. In my experience they have gone downhill since opening. Quantity of food has gone downhill.

KFC wasn't good. The thigh was still seeping blood. And all the chicken had been in a warmer for awhile. No crunch, really soggy. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like it was warmed over as well.

I really like thus place and especially like being greeted by the manager and the staff as we entered, every time we go there.This place is super busy but the staff at Charlie's and Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Dunkin Doughnuts are friendly and fast to get our food.The parking lot is always being taken care of by a really respectful gentleman and therfore outdoors is looking good. TA Truck Plaza on North Main Street has just about everything you could need for truckers including hot showers, Accessories for their trucks, hot whole bean ground coffee, huge soda selection, and three places to eat, or plenty of foods and snacks to grab and go.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility ♿️ is right outside the main entrance and there's several spots to choose from

Only 1 type of breading, pieces were so small, ordered a 4 piece so I would have some later for dinner, had to eat all four and was still hungry. Pieces looked like they should have been in a kids meal. Not happy for the price!
