First of all, props to them staying open when everything else was closed on a Sunday evening. The drive-through microphone is either not working well or their heasset was bad, i could not make out anything they said. Ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single one instead. Had to come back and they have re-made it and gave an apple pie. Not a bad experience overall, especially after not having much expectations.

I came on foot at 9:45pm knowing that dine-in should be till 11 pm as posted on the door and online but when I arrived the door was locked and I had to get the otherwise decent customer service through the drive-through tho I myself ain't in a car

After working 10 hours with no break. We stooped at mcdonalds on our way through town. We used the drive through to get our food. When ordering it took a out a minute for someone to even acknowledge We were there. We order the chicken $5 meal. And a double cheeseburger meal. The drinks were wrong..order sweet tea got unsweetened tea. The fries were cold and soggy. All the chicken was stale. The bread was stale as well on the cheese burgers. The meat in cheese burgers were cold. We only discovered this after we were on the road for 10- 15 minutes. We called the store and they said they were not going to do anything unless we returned to the store. So I am saving the shifty food for next time I am in lamar. Might be a while. So the food will be really bad.. .. mcdonalds In travel towns suck. They don't give e a shit. The same pro lems happen at the Limon mcdonalds. What a joke they are.

You can smell the sewage gas close to the tables near the bathrooms which seems to be an ongoing issue based on previous comments and they filled my large iced coffee completely to the top with ice and barely any coffee.
I rode my bicycle from Michigan to Colorado and have stopped by almost every McDonald’s along the way and this is probably the worst one so far. Also the first and only one to charge for extra sauce.
I got sick from the quarter pounder that I had ordered. I was throwing up and when I saw the news about it, I called the restaurant to warn them about the issue and the female manager absolutely did not care and told me that the new trucks come every 2 days and that it didn’t matter. Unethical, and I only ate half of that burger that day and I’m still recovering. Horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I tried to eat here. I even bought food. Not sure if I'm going to eat it . The SEWER GAS STINK was so bad I thought I'd be sick as soon as I walked towards restroom. I'm not sure how people were sitting at the tables in that section were eating. The guy who took my order was nice.
