Just stopped in for coffee and restrooms. Had to wait a bit for coffee. Miss the hot Carmel latte on menu. Didn't want hot chocolate as I had another hour to drive thru rain storm coming.

We went to get dinner and the lady working the second window gave us our food (tattoos and kinda heavy makeup), and aggressively assured us that my drink was diet and rushed us to leave. It was not, we tried to tell her but she just kept telling us that it was. I'm diabetic and if my boyfriend hadn't tried it first I wouldn't have known. I didn't get her name, not that I would've had time to 🙄 but I sure hope she doesn't treat other customers like that. (edit: I just found out that not only was it not diet, it wasn't even a coke, it was a Dr pepper 😞)

Been stopping here for years. The place seems to be on a down swing lately. Food has been hit and miss ever since the covid debacle. Employees hide from the front counter since the last remodel when they put up several obstacles to prevent people from seeing the area between the drive-through window and the front counter. I've stood back about 3 steps from the counter and not seen an employee come to the front for over 5 minutes. What they do accel at is locking those doors early, no reason needed to lock up 5 10 15 minutes early and if there is any kind of excuse like rain. snow. a loose dog. possible asteroid strike, they will lock those doors an hour or two before closing. Oh well, there's an Arby's across the street now. I can spend my money there just as easy. If I were the owner, I would fire the management and retrain the help. Nothing wrong with a job at McDonald's like any other job, take a little pride in your products and service, and people will notice.

Locked the doors early again if you don't want to be open till 10 change closing time to 9 so you don't waste paying customers time.

Just had door dash delivered and the quarter pounder was not cooked thoroughly! It was barely cooked on each side. Couldn't eat it! ALSO when you put onions on, spread them out, not just throw them all on in a pile in one area! Highly disappointed in an expensive hamburger..

So we just received two under filled cups from McDonald. The manager tried to say it melted in the drive from the doordash, which is just plain untrue. If it had melted it would show on the sides of the drink. They told us this was the only time they'd replace our drinks, and gave dirty looks to my husband when he took them back to be replaced. I understand McDonalds is fast food and not perfect but the attitude from the manager is just completely uncalled for.
