Great stop in the middle of nowhere! I ordered two barbacoa tacos ($6) and an enchilada plate with beans and rice ($10) and all were really great. Look for the little titanium food truck in the parking lot. Took about 10 minutes to get food. It's on the left of the Pilot gas station.
