Stopped by on our way home from Denver. Remembering the ole' Cow Palace. Tammy our waitress shared her favorites when we asked - delightful and so helpful in sharing about the entrees. We shared an appetizer and meal because she said the portions were large. We had the pork nachos (loaded with goodness and handmade chips).
