Came here to see my cousin and her musician hubby playing that night. Place was packed out and we had to sit with another couple so as to have a seat. It was pleasant enough though. The weather was not kind to have an outdoor venue but we sure enjoyed ourselves. It was a birthday weekend for both my cousin and myself as well as many others! I’ve been going to the Spur for almost 25 years. It was definitely going downhill until Mindy bought it a couple of years ago. She has turned the food around and completely turned the atmosphere around. The drinks are spot on, the food is hot, tasty and creative, the servers are attentive and seem very happy. Brava, Mindy!
Another wonderful experience at The Spur! We are constantly amazed at the cheerfulness and hustle of the staff whatever the circumstances. The owner and servers are so friendly, attentive and the food is always delicious! Mindy and her crew have done a great job in making The Spur such a favorite place to be, for locals and visitors alike. What a true gem for our community!
