I should own stock in Andy's! Now I have my 6 year old addicted like mommy! The people at my regular location know all of our orders by heart. I don't like going to the other locations bc they short me on my custard. Please bring back the collectors cups!!

Me and a friend went and had an ice cream I seen it driving by and the place looked kind of iconic and nostalgic , so I asked my friend about it and she's heard good things about it , so we Went and tried it and it was good. Imwe say in front right off Broadway and there are several people hanging out front having ice cream etc. , reminded me of younger years for some reason.

Very sad caramel portion when I paid for extra. Unfortunately, Andy’s has gone down hill the last few years. They no longer fill the cups to the top, but rather about 80% full, and the toppings have become stingy.
I put an inquiry in with their management team as I used to really enjoy Andy’s but the last few times have been bad experiences. To my surprise no one reached out to reassure me Andy’s is still the same place I knew and loved.

My husband and I go to Andy’s more than we would like to admit and have never had a problem. But on 8/8/25, he got the usual (a large double double malt) and it tasted “off”. He asked me to try it thinking maybe it was just a him thing. I did and it’s hard to explain but almost tasted like burned plastic (?). I tried my order, a waffle cone with vanilla custard and it was delicious! So he went up and asked for a new one. They were accommodating and made him a new one but the second one tasted the exact same! I’m only writing this review because if someone else has had this same experience on this day/gets sick then Andy’s might be able to track it? If something is wrong with their machine/ordered a new brand of some ingredient? Mine was good though 🤷♀️
UPDATE: On 8/12 we took my son to Andy’s and my husband got the double double malt and it tasted perfectly fine! So not sure what happened the week before! Everything is back to normal now!

Good but CRAZY expensive. A medium hand-made drink is $10!!! That's crazy.
This custard is absolutely amazing!. Little pricey though. My boyfriend and I go here on a weekly basis (sometimes multiple times a week)
