Service was completely horrible waiter. Harrison was so rude slow as molasses then we talked to the manager and she did not care either. He did not even apologize for messing up our order and then at the end did not even say good night he said do you want your receipt and walked away not a thank you nothing very rude. Do not go to Applebee’s in Littleton most horrible restaurant ever

On Saturday 1/4, I ordered car side to go, and after waiting over 10 minutes in my car for my order, I finally trekked inside to pick up my food. I had arrived 5 minutes after the promised order ready time. Why offer the carside service if no one is paying attention to when cars arrive? The bartender then gave me a half assed greeting and said someone would be right with me, then she went back to making drinks and didn’t address me again. After 3-5 minutes of waiting, a server finally “greeted me” with a not so warm welcome and said they’d check on my order. After another few minutes they brought my food and all that was said is “sign this” (referring to my receipt) to which I did, and I left. Food finally in tow. As for the food, the biggest issue was finding a hair in the whiskey river burger I ordered, gross! After all of that, my portion of the meal was ruined after finding that within my first bite. I have been emailing back and forth with the restaurant for over 2 weeks now, and after my first communication they said I would have a gift card emailed to me. Well it’s over 2 weeks later and still nothing. It’s clear they aren’t too concerned about making this experience right for us.

Busy on a Thursday night. Service was understandable slow but nothing to extreme. Everyone enjoyed their food and our glasses stayed full.

The place is nice, but my experience was ruined by one thing: they assumed a tip of over 22% without asking me. When I paid my $21.58 bill with $30, they just handed me $3.50 back without even asking how much I wanted to leave as a tip.

It's not about the money; it's about the principle. Tipping should be the customer's choice, not something the staff decides for you. This kind of assumption is disrespectful and uncomfortable, and it undermines trust in their service.

Waiter was friendly n ckd on us to see if we needed anything. My husband is a chef n customer service is important to us. It sets the mood for a great date.

Server was good but a bit inpatient.. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and to be honest it was hard to eat and tough. The only great thing I had was the ice cold beer.

One our favorite places to go out to eat are: The two for twenty-six deal is excellent. The ribs let’s can’t be beat. My wife really likes the oriental chicken salad. We both like the boneless buffulao chicken wings. I love the riblets the honey barbaque sauce is very good. They are a bit messy but worth it . The only thing I don’t like as a diabetic is their lack of modern sweeteners. No Splenda and no Stevia. Sweet and low just doesn’t cut it

Our server Adrian super cool and very attentive.
However my long Island iced tea either didn't have any alcohol or a tiny bit of alcohol in it. When I said something about it, our server talked to the manager and bartender about this. They refused to bring me a shot to put in my drink that should have already had alcohol in it. So I had to pay 3 extra dollars for a shot which should have been comped due to the bartender's mistake. Horrible accommodations and customer service done by the manager and batender.

The only reason I am not scoring this junk a one star is because Adrian was a great server.
