Recent experience with a curbside order here has put me off big-time.I ordered a sandwich & fries for curbside pickup using my iPhone app. I paid for the order when I placed it using my credit card.When I get to the restaurant a couple of minutes before the scheduled pickup time, I get a text message saying that they knew I had arrived and that my food would be out shortly.I wait another 20 minutes at the curbside parking, no food. I call the restaurant and ask what is going on. The girl says she didn't know that I was there and they'll bring my now cold order out to me.She comes out with the food, 20 minutes late, and tells me I need to pay for it. I told her I already paid for it and I wasn't going to pay twice for a now cold order. She gives me the food and I head home.A minute later while driving home with my cold food, I get a call from someone in the restaurant accusing me of theft for not paying for the food. I tole her that I did pay for the food when I placed the order and I'm not paying for it twice. You can't place an online order and not pay for it. If she got the order, she got the payment.When I get home with my cold sandwich and soggy fries, I put the order on the kitchen table and I call the store, and asked to talk to the manager. I checked the app, and it recorded that I did pay and showed the last 4 digits of my credit card. The manager gets on the line and explains that their computer was acting weird and the tech people were there now looking at a problem. She indicated that she could tell that I had paid for the order and confirmed the last 4 digits of the credit card I used to place the order. She offered me a refund or a store credit. I asked for a refund. My food was cold soggy by now and I was accused of theft by two of her employees. She said she would refund the amount to my credit card. She said that her employees were new and didn't know what they were doing. I suggested she better train and supervise them.After dealing with this nonsense on the phone, I went to eat my food and the dog had stolen it off the table.Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had ordering a carryout meal in my life. I'll never order from Applebees again.I caution you. This place is a cluster-cluck.

Applebee has always been a great place for my family to enjoy the afternoon noon lunch on any weekend. This applebee is near lakewood and as aleays has great variety of food and drinks for everyone. It was on an Easter Sunday afternoon, we enjoyed our lunch near a market place. You can completely your shopping before your lunch. The food was good, staffs were friendly, nice and clean environment. May be some the tables and spaces were too cramped. There are enough parking outsideVegetarian options: There are few vegetarian options to choose fromDietary restrictions: You have to talk to the serverParking: Easy and adequate parkingKid-friendliness: Yes they are. Have kids menu and ipad for kids to playWheelchair accessibility: Yes they are pretty easily accessible by people on wheelchairs

The food was good and the poor server did the best he could but the manager really did her best to make sure he failed.We called 2 hours before we knew we were coming in, we told them we had a large group and instead of putting is on hold to get the manager we got to hear how much they really did not want out money. Everything severs say about big parties... we got to hear. But then the manager got on the phone, and she assured us all would be great and her servers would " blow our minds"When we showed up, we were told that because they had just had a big rush, we would have to wait. No biggie, we were a group of 38. We were knew we would wait, but when we told the manager we would be more then happy ( actually would like) to sit in different sections since the servers had " the whole restaurant " to clean. We were all put in 1 section with 1 server. So after waitingb30 minutes to sit I then waited 45 to see a server, meanwhile someone else in our group was already done eating. It was embarrassing for Applebee'sWhen we asked, before we got sat, if we could have more then 1 server, we were told no and that we would not even notice that we only had 1. And then she went and rolled silverware the whole time we were there.Horrible management, and most of us decided not to come back the next night. Or ever. Sad and embarrassing.

Slow service, last 2 times we went to this location anything that we ordered that was deep fried tasted like the fryer oil hasn't been changed out in weeks, even smells like old fryer grease when you walk in. I've gotten ill last two times I went. Was a good place until around a year ago or so.

I just had an Oriental salad with fried chicken. Not good! Not put together correctly -- hardly any lettuce; mostly noodles & cabbage. They must have a new cook there. I won't go there again.

We went in at 6:40 tonight, Friday and no one is at the front taking names for seating. The lobby was full of people waiting to be seated. This front area should not be left vacant.

This Applebee's is terrible. The food is not good, everything took along time to get out and was not hot when it finally came out. Extremely RUDE Hostesses and Servers. Everybody that works there needs an attitude adjustment and need better training! Remember you are all in customer service!
