Went at 7:15 pm on a Sunday and they decided to clean the slicer. Arby’s Roast Beef with no roast beef. Because you know, why have products for customers and we just want to go home early. Another example of struggling restaurant for good reason.Specifically 8144 S Kipling, LittletonTried to fill in automated form in company response several time and it refused to work.

Update: Went inside, ordered 4 classic RB for $10. Staff were friendly. They helped a lady clean up after her kid that spilled stuff all over and replaced his food. Place was clean, food was exactly what i expect. Still took about 10-12 minutes, there were 3 or 4 other customers inside.Actually i like their food. Low rating because this particular store is incredibly, unnecessarily, staggeringly...slow. every....time.....

The food was fine, for what it is. The service was fine for drive-thru interaction. The atmosphere was fine The last time I was in the store. All of that said, I cannot get over the cost of a "sandwich." Do not get me wrong, I know everything has gotten expensive over these last few years, but $10 for a Ruben sandwich is extreme for very little meat. Also, at 6:30 they were out of potato cakes! That is ridiculous considering this is one thing that sets Arby's apart from other fast food restaurants.
