Positive energy great people and the food was delicious
Very rude staff. The cashier walked up to the counter, after I waited a few minutes, and just stood there. Didn't say a word. Not a "hello" or " how can I help you". Just stood there staring at me. If they hate their jobs, maybe go do something else that doesn't include customer service.

I am so EXCITED ! and greatful that Arby's brought back potato cakes. There is literally no other restaurant or fast food chain that even sells potato cakes or that would even compare in taste. The last 3 visits to the drive thru, ordered a French dip for the wife, and for the third time, no dipping juice...and also had ordered 4 roast beef, got home , 3 roast beef, 1 chicken sandwich. Why take an order, when you just put what you want in the bag? Beyond disappointing...
