Today I received some of the best service since moving to Denver. I don’t recall the woman’s name but it was a young black woman with a nose ring working today at 4:30. She definitely keeps people coming back.

Service was prompt with my Mobile Order. Pulled up and the service was friendly. Only reason why I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because they forgot my beverage order and had to inquire about it and wasn’t asked for sauces.

I've been going through the drive-thru a lot lately. First time, I forgot my debit card. Called up there they said they had no idea what I was talking about. This was the only place I went to for lunch. I work at home and I live across the street Had to order a new debit card. Thought I would give it another try ordered the same thing for about a week and then the worker in the Drive-Thru changed and the price changed. Same thing everyday should be the same price she tried to tell me because I substituted the cheese for a different cheese that she had to charge me more. Then when I got to the window she was very rude. I'm not going back. 😕

5 Stars across the board! My family and I were taking a drive across town and needed to use the bathroom, which is hard to find public restrooms, so we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat while we were at it. This Arby’s was extremely clean and well decorated & the staff was superb. Food was fresh and came out quickly. Other Arby’s locations should use this as an example of how to run a food establishment correctly. Thank you Englewood Arby’s for the pleasant experience!

Excellent counter person, not usually found at fast food anymore. Sandwich was fresh as well as the French fries. Well done!
