Always friendly staff that are vegan aware. Great vegan breakfast burrito and they do have dairy free breads. And of course alternative milks
Asked for an Americano with room and it was full to the brim. Looking at the cup you could tell the shot wasn’t pulled properly and the temperature was near boiling which I can attest to when I took the top off to try and add cream, spilling it on myself. Vibe of the shop seemed decent but won’t be returning anytime soon.

First time here and they did not make a great impression. I ordered a 16oz iced dirty chai with light ice. Imagine my disappointment when my chai was made from powder in a can. Freshly brewed, house made chai is easy to make, cost effective and produces a better product. I can get powdered chai in a can from Costco. They also didn’t give me light ice like I asked for. They weren’t busy, just too preoccupied with their conversations with each other to get my order correct. I’ll come back another day but this wasn’t a great start.
Oh no! Atlas, what have you done with taking advanced orders? You’re not Starbucks! At least Starbucks is faster! Waiting 15 minutes for a simple red eye coffee is not cool. Your friendly baristas were way overwhelmed. Please go back to your independent coffee shop beginnings.

Terrible- i waited 20 min for an almond milk latte and when i finally for it they gave me whole milk. She specifically asked if whole milk was ok and I said no but they are so busy and under staffed there was no attention to detail.

My wife and I have been frequent visitors to this place, so I don’t want to generalize our experience with a broad brush.
Generally speaking, the coffee is great, and our visits have been good. However, we had a serious issue with the gluten-free items. Despite the labeling, there must be some level of cross-contamination. Yesterday, after consuming gluten-free food here, we both became extremely ill—sicker than we’ve been in years. We had to cancel all our plans, go home to rest, and take three different types of antihistamines to manage our symptoms that lasted until the end of the day.
I understand and appreciate the desire to be inclusive and offer gluten-free options, even with an upcharge, but if you’re going to offer these options, it’s crucial to take the necessary care and precautions to ensure they are truly safe for people with dietary restrictions.
Our experience has made us hesitant to return, especially considering how careful we need to be about gluten contamination.
Burrito and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend the Odin with coconut milk!

If you miss the lavender matcha from starbucks, they can make it here and its exactly the same if not better!!! SO GOOD. Everything they have here is delicious and the staff is always kind and wonderful. Beats most other coffee shops in the area!

Came here around noon on a Sunday. Took 5 minutes for me to be greeted and another few mins to get service. No apologies for the wait. Pay over $7 for an iced matcha latte that tasted like pure coconut milk :(
