Amazing wine and amazing customer service! Always love seeing the Avanti booth!

I’m giving this one star not for the wine but for the poor customer service. I was at the farmers market in Castlerock today, Sunday, June 2, 2024, we sampled and we’re going to buy wine. The card reader was not working so we said we would circle back after he got it to work. My husband had our dog on a leash and my dog had to go to the bathroom, and the gentleman flipped out, started cussing and had to walk away from the booth. My husband cleaned up after our dog because we are responsible owners however, the way this gentleman reacted was completely unacceptable and there was zero need to use curse words in front of all the children. Castlerock is a very family forward dog friendly environment so if this gentleman is going to flip out because a dog had to go potty I suggest they don’t do events. It’s my understanding that the representative at the Farmers Market is also the owner. I hope he treats his employees better than he treats the dogs and humans that go visit his winery and sample.

They make my absolute favorite wine ever “Mystique” it’s a red blend that actually has a port in it. I every time I buy cases and everybody who I share it with always wants it also. I have been choosing this is my favorite for years since their very first batch, which was a mistake originally. And now that they make it on purpose it is absolutely delicious. So you have to try it. Also, a part of all the Sales goes to greyhound rescue, which is also pretty amazing. You got a love it.

We attended the home show in Colorado Springs today and the older gentleman working the booth was rude and ignored us as we stood there and was talking to a couple T-Mobile folks and the older gentleman made a comment that these people (us) just want to taste wine but not buy. Little did the older gentleman know we drink wine and would have BOUGHT a couple bottles because we support local businesses but this experience is an X for Avanti wines from Littleton, CO. Good luck!

Hi! I visited the farmers market inLittleton on Saturday! I enjoy wine, I purchased 2 bottles of the sweet wine! I must say they were very delicious! One was a raspberry rose the other one was a blueberry bliss! I would love to buy more but I currently don’t drive! Please let me know?

I bought the Peach Moscato at the local farmer's market. My only regret is that the bottle wasn't larger! I will definitely support this local winery and buy again!

Each time I have interacted with the owners at various festivals and fairs, has been a wonderful experience. Their wine is very good. My favorite is the Mayday Red. I feel there is something for everyone and will continue to buy from them when I get the chance.

I was very happy with the quality of wine. I picked up a bottle from the man himself at the Southlands Mall Farmers Market. It was a nice pinot grigio. Highly recommend.

Wet love their wine. We tried to stop by the tasting room but they had recently moved in. The owner stopped and spoke with me and told me he was sorry and when they would be open for tastings. Very nice guy. We will definitely come back once the new tasting room is open as we have tried them before and love them!
