DO NOT eat here!! Not only will you never get your food at the window, when you are waiting out front for over 15 minutes to receive your food, it will come out cold and very poorly made! The service at this location is absolutely awful and I will never eat at this location again, today is the last straw!

I just tried to order two burgers at 9:45. The woman taking my order was very rude. Told me she only had one burger cooked and the grill was clean. They don’t close until 11. After I told her that she said, well I guess you can wait 20 minutes for a burger. I said how long has the single burger you have been made?

Same thing everyone says it’s crazy slow. Went through the drive thru and paid then was told to park in front. 40 minutes later I got my order. It was wrong but I couldn’t do anything about it because I was on my lunch break. Total waste of time/money. Get staffed or close your doors.

If I have to pull around front and wait for 10 minutes for a single burger, I may as well go inside. there's not even a designated space out front. They also got my drink order wrong. Ordered diet and they gave me a regular Pepsi. Horrible service. While the burger was good, I won't be going here again.

Me & another customer waited 5 mins for someone to take our order. Then my order was handed to the other customer. He said this must be your order & handed to me.I was also shorted on my chicken nuggets..It wasn't a good experience at this KFC
The cashier owie? Forgot the drink cups so we waited up front and he ignored us. Then when he walked close my husband had asked him and he just ignored him so i had to ask someone who was taking care of a door dash order. What does waiting for biscuits have to do with getting drinks?

Wanted to give the staff the benefit of maybe shift change @4p.m waited at counter for 10 minutes, no lids for our drinks, no napkins and no ice. Had to ask for everything including a spork for pot pie which had bones in. Very disappointing!! Lastly their 1st bathroom stall is so small in woman 's restroom must be child size.

I would love to eat here if I could get inside!! Why don’t you open your doors? It’s almost 2023. If you arrive on foot you can’t order any food or go inside ?

The food is always great, however I went into the lobby to eat and I have to say that their lobby is absolutely disgusting. The bottom of my shoes are all sticky now due to soda spilled on the ground. My food took forever, the employees seem to be overworked and unfriendly. I do blame the management overall for the shape of this lobby because they are likely understaffed which tells me poor management, low pay and sparse benefits. Note to management: hire more employees, hire skilled employees, and pay them a fair wage.
