I haven't been to this location in a year or two because it is usually an awful experience compared to other Baskin Robbins I've been to but this one is closest to my home.
I used the app to order five items for my family because we were interested in the new flavor of the month. Three of the five orders included the flavor of the month and when I got home from picking up the order we thought we had the wrong order given to us.
I drove back to the store to be told that they did not have the flavor of the month so the store manager told the person working to just give us something else. We got random ice cream. I was never told this when I picked up the order. I was left to figure this out on my own. Then they told me I could not get a refund.
I asked to talk to the manager, who was not present, and was told that I could call but they would not. So I called the manager on my phone and explained what happened. She thought it was OK. I demanded a refund and finally got it. I feel like this was an SNL skit. Insane service. They could have just told me when I came to pick it up and let me pick out flavors we actually wanted. Unbelievable really. I would avoid this store.

Some mixup occurred resulting in a cake that was not as labeled. The staff made the situation right without hesitation, no questions asked. Birthday girl was very happy! Thank you!

This evening was the 2nd time the young lady with black hair was rude to our family. Both times she was so snippy. Going to get ice cream should be a happy experience.

Awful service. Ordered polar cake 3 days in advance. Showed up at pick up time & was told they don’t do the product I ordered. No one called before pickup to communicate and sales associate at pick up offered for me to buy a more expensive cake and “just pay her the extra dollars to correct it”.

When we went in the store, there was not an employee out front and then a teenage boy wearing a French maid dress came out from the back. No uniform or anything identifying himself as an employee. My husband placed his order and a new container of ice cream was needed. While scooping, he touched the ice cream with his bare hand. No gloves, and who knows if his hands had just been washed. We were disgusted and left. For a Saturday night, there were no other customers, and this business lost out on a sale of ice cream for five people. We will never go back.

This place is terrible. The girl grabbed our waffle cones with her bare hands, ( the part that you put your mouth on/chocolate dipped part and the bottom cone) touched a millions things before & after then grabbed my husbands cone and didn’t even bother to give any soft of hand off wrap .it was disgusting. They need a class on contamination & food handling . I’m 100% I got sick from it

Great staff. These kids were cool, fun & had no problem telling me about new flavors & letting me sample with the cute lil spoons until I found just the right scoop. The app offers a free welcome scoop of ice cream. So all in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks for being awesome guys! I don't know their names but the workers were super cool, even showed me some beautiful ice cream cakes for an upcoming birthday! I will be back!!!!

Dry ice is not available for Ice cream cake delivery. No bags are available to carry your cake. The children working there could not care less. This seems to be the case at most locations.

Had such a great experience. We've been so disappointed in dairy Queen the last few visits that we decided to drive out of our way for Baskin Robbins. The employees were SO friendly, made small talk, offered samples and suggestions - it was awesome. The store was clean, the ice cream was great - we will be back :)
