Very sweet woman brought us our cake order, her lovely wonderful attitude really took some stress out of our day. And a HUGE shoutout and thank you to the decorator - the cake was somehow better than the photo. Thanks guys, I know its not required to go above and beyond but please know this time it made a difference for us ♡

Everytime I come here, service is fine, but they close early ALL THE TIME. We show up before close and literally just watched an employee close and lock the door and walk to his tesla 15 mins before the posted closing time. I’m not to be one that shows up five minutes before close, but an hour to 15 mins before, one would think they’d be there.

I recently visited the Baskin-Robbins location at Highlands ranch and was shocked by the unacceptable behavior of a female staff member. Despite being the only customer in the store, the employee seemed completely uninterested in serving me.

When I ordered my ice cream, she barely looked up from her phone and handed it over carelessly. No smile, no greeting, no courtesy whatsoever. It was as if I was disturbing her personal time.

What struck me was the lack of professionalism and respect. There were no other customers, so it wasn't like she was busy. Her attitude was dismissive and rude.

I hope the management takes necessary steps to address this issue and ensure customers receive the respect and service they deserve.

Friendly staff, decent quality ice cream, felt like good value for the money, but man— this place needs to be cleaned up. It doesn’t look like a mop has touched the floor in months, tables were disgusting, signage/walls are covered in melted/dried ice cream and various smears. It makes me sad that people were that messy to begin with, but it needs to be cleaned up.

Baskin Robbins has always been my favorite, but this location needs to step up their game. Tiny scoops of melted ice cream. Bad refrigeration on their product.

3 employees on the day I went, could hardly be bothered to help me they were so busy talking to each other. Their door is also missing the push bar so you have to press on the glass. Poorly maintained location.

Don't let the picture fool you. Ordered a two scoop cup, for $12. The scoops were half scoops, didn't even fill the cup. Baskin Robbins was the treat for a job well done. As my grandson says, "guess these people don't care, only do half a job now, not worth coming here for the effort." Next time heading across the street to Dairy Queen.

Cashier wouldn’t honor football coupon card for two single scoops and charged us $11 for 2 kids cups. First time that’s happened to me there and will not be back.

I was in town visiting my sister. We went for ice cream. I got a banana royal, but as soon as I got outside to the car I dropped it in the parking lot. I was so sad. The workers felt bad so they replaced it. Great customer service.

The girl who helped us was very nice and the service was good. She deserves 5 stars for working in this filth.When we sat down, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Wow, the place is filthy. I don't mean messy and need to be wiped down. I mean, it is disgusting and needs a deep clean. The corners and edges need to be scrapped, and all the chairs and tables need to be cleaned. It looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in years. It needs a very good deep cleaning. Yuck! ?

There was a metal shaving in my ice cream (see next to spoon) that cut my mouth. Told the girl behind the counter and all she said was that they were closing soon, didn’t even take my information. You have a responsibility to your customers safety! Do better
