Went through the drive thru figuring it would be quick. 3 cars in front and 15 minutes later I finally get to the window and pay. She tells me it’s going to be few minutes as it’s Thursday, tender day whatever that means. Mind you I’ve already waited 10 minutes since I ordered. 5 minutes goes by still no food and what looks like absolute chaos inside. At this point I knocked on the window and asked for a refund. Again stated just a few more minutes. 5 more minutes go by and finally get my food, get back to the office find it’s the wrong damn order! Nonetheless ate the tenders they gave me which were so spicy I didn’t even eat the last two. Horrible experience!

Large open space with plenty of seating and great drink options. Gabriella at the front was attentive and helpful! I also enjoy that there are kiosks and a help available if you need modifications that the kiosk can’t provide. Excited to return and try new sandwiches each month!

Great food. Service eh.... environment was bright and loud. I am not a fan of the self order system. takes a million years to wait behind people while the staff just stands there and watches you order. Bring back customer service. giving 5 stars because the food was pretty good and I like supporting new business.

Sitting in a line of 3 cars should not take one hour. Had 30 minutes to grab a bite, was budgeting 15 minutes total for the drive thru and thought a line of 3 cars wasn't that long. Didn't expect to wait 15 minutes PER CAR. I guess it's my fault for choosing Birdcall when all I had was 30 minutes of free time. Missed the appointment of course, because cars piled up behind me and there was no way to back out.
I had been to Birdcall before this years before and needed a refresher. The staff were efficient and kept the place clean. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was yummy, but rather small compared to some of the others I saw people eating. The salad cup I got was pretty decent. Seemed like a popular place to be when we got there, later on our large group had the place mostly to ourselves.

Love Birdcall. This one has Rocky Mountain soda company sodas in the soda fountain which is awesome and they have black cherry and prickly pear which are the best flavors.

My daughter and I went to the location next to Arapahoe high school today and Jacob, who helped us as a customer service representative was incredible. Such a sweetheart and really took care of us. And the food is great!
