The cauliflower was excellent! Do not be scared off by the spicy ingredients. They did it perfectly and the spice added more of a hint of flavor than fire. The lemon chicken was served with an excellent breast cut and the noodles were a great pairing. Unfortunately, the sauce was too lemony. The gnocchi was good, but the Bolognese was a bit too saucy/wet and that kept it from being great. As for the atmosphere, it is close, but the high ceilings with high strung lights failed to set a more warm atmosphere. With all that said, the drinks were great. They have a huge bar selection and the Manhattan and Aperol Spritz were very well done.

The Brussels sprouts appetizer was too salty and they didn’t even cut off the woody stems. They undercooked my burger, then proceeded to burn it, and still charged full price.

My husband and I recently moved to Downtown Littleton and Black+Haus Tavern has quickly become our favorite spot for dinner and a date night out. Service is great, drinks are fantastic, and the food is always tasty and consistent. My husband also loves their bourbon selection.

I went to the one in Parker for a lunch a few years ago and loved it. Therefore, of course I was excited to try the new Littleton location. We came for drinks and an appetizer. We loved both the drinks and the food. Our server was also friendly and attentive. We will be back to try more.

I love this restaurant! The one in Parker is great too. So glad they opened a location in Littleton. Their roasted vegetables are delicious!!! Their specialty drinks are yummy. I've been to the Littleton location 3 times and everything I've ordered has been wonderful. I also love that it's relatively quiet so it's a really fun place to go with friends or spouse for a great dinner (and you don't need to shout to hear each other).

This place has been on my radar for awhile, but never really committed to eating here until last night. We started off with drinks and fried pickles. When the pickles arrived they looked like they weren't cooked. The batter was pretty pale. You eat with your eyes first and the overall color made me think there wouldn't be any flavor. Well I was spot on. Best part of the dish was the 3 dipping sauces. You get ranch, a pepper jelly type dip, and some kind of fancy mustard. For our entrees we ordered the Shrimp Scampi and the Prime Rib French Dip. When the scampi came out it looked like a wet plate of noodles with steamed shrimp. My girlfriend took a bite and decided it wasn't for her. I tried a bite and the noodles weren't al dente. We opted to return the scampi and get a cheeseburger instead. Offered to pay for it since we ordered it, but the waitress was kind and said she would take it off our bill. Now for the French dip. For $22 I would expect a well proportioned sandwich. This dip had more horseradish crema than meat. It was almost like a prime rib salad sandwich based on the consistency with the crema, grilled onions, and mushrooms. The Au jus was super salty as well. Ate half the sandwich (and I'm a big boy that finishes my plate when we go out). Fries were good! The burger my girlfriend received in place of the Shrimp Scampi was okay. Just a basic burger, but no real flavor. Smokin Fins burger crushes this one. Not sure we will try this place again. Really wanted it to be good since it's close to home and we love downtown Littleton.

After nearly getting a tooth chipped off from overcooked concrete-style bacon, I gave this place another chance.Got a burger tonight that was cooked hockey-puck style after ordering it medium. So, this tells me you are unable to properly cook protein. It also tells me, after multiple visits with the same issue, that you don't care.I could understand if it happened on a night where you were "super busy"...but it was Wednesday and it wasn't busy.

From the outside, it looks like a high-end speak easy vibe. We made reservations for a Saturday evening and were so disappointed. First impression: Between the sound and layout of the tables, you feel like you're in a high school cafeteria. The service was not so great and the kitchen needs some help. It took 30 minutes for our barrata appetizer to come out and 5 minutes into eating that, our entree came out. The table was way too small for an app, app plates, and 2 entrees all at once. My French dip was missing the au jous and the fries were luke warm. I think the parm fries would have been good if they were fresh. All together, the experience was a mess and the food was not worth the money.
