nd loud, but it'll get you going!

OK, it’s for certain now, I’m hooked and love this coffee. Full flavor and full body. Delicious in every way. I tried their hot Mexican blend. Holy cow. It was awesome. I downloaded the app and now it’s going to be my weekly stop for sure.

I stopped in for the first time to try their Bacon Breakfast Burrito today. Friendly service, nice atmosphere, lovely outdoor seating area, but not the best burrito. Still a great spot for a cup of coffee.

The coffee and milk were burnt and bitter tasting also quite weak. A small latte with almond milk was almost 7 dollarsThe burrito had good flavors, but I felt like I was eating baby food as it’s all mushed together. Very loud music. Not relaxing at all. Service was great! However, still can’t say I’d recommend this place.

I have loved this place for so long, and I'm disappointed with my most recent visit this morning.
I ordered a frozen fuel and was given a hand blended one which did not taste right (they are completelydifferent) . I order this all the time and have never had issues with it before.
I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese on it and paid extra for more cream cheese but was given a bagel with nothing on it.
This location used to be so good until recently. I will be starting to go to the one in DTC from now on.

My husband and I have been loyal consumers of BR and slowly but surely getting more and more frustrated by them. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back. We came to this location and got the drinks we ALWAYS get. The girl at the window gave us our drinks and my husband asked for a bit more cream, as we ordered extra cream. The girl said “this is extra”. My husband said “can I have more then?” She said “this is more, we measure it out and have to up-charge you but this time we will give you some more”. She did give us more cream…but we ordered extra cream at the speaker. Why wouldn’t she charge us for it then, when we asked for it? Why give us attitude when this wasn’t under our control? We were shocked at the “customer service”. We have ordered these exact same drinks for years and haven’t EVER had someone tell us this. He asked if this was a new policy and she said “no”. If she would have said yes, then I may have brushed it off. However, if no, then why is she the first to act this way in years to our order? We would have gladly paid more if they charged us more but to act as though this was on us, is wild. We chatted and we have a free drink (with points) and will use that and most likely never be back.

I keep trying this location out and keep getting disappointed by the staff! The gal who took y offer through the drive through was very rude and yelled “did you say vegan?!” When I said medium. Was no a good experience and I think I’m down with this one.

I love the matcha but every time I order here I always have a missing item (food) and I can't even get a refund from Uber eats when I order to my office and I've been in a few time and they are nice but im disappointed that its a consistent problem. I won't be ordering from here anymore although I did really like their matcha.

This is my favorite coffee place. The quality of coffee used is so good and the drinks are always yummy with the perfect ratio. They’re quick and super friendly. I would go out of my way to get my iced latte from here

Really good coffee and really nice baristas. But my god, the music they play is atrocious. God forbid you're trying to relax and have a chat like a normal coffee shop, they're blaring terrible music so loudly that the bass actually vibrates you. I can only hope that it's the workers choosing the music so they aren't being unwillingly subjected to this shit.
