Wow! Bold BBQ Catering recently did our rehearsal dinner & it was outstanding! Every aspect of the event was flawless from the moment they arrived, setup the buffet & cleaned up. Jack & Dylan were our on site staff who did an amazing job - super conscientious. The food was sooo delicious! Everything was beautifully displayed & our guest raved about how wonderful it tasted. Everything was perfect! The food, staff, service, communication, and table set up. We had Bold bbq for our wedding buffet dinner and it was soo delicious! We got a lot of compliments about the food and also about staff members. The staff that worked our event were extremely kind and professional. Shout out to Brady who was the lead worker of our event and made everything go so smoothly! We did a tasting before the wedding and literally everything we tasted was amazing!!!

Most importantly, we requested great service, and this group exceeded our expectations. The bar service was exceptional as well. Our guests did not have to wait long. We initially chose them because they were the only recommended BBQ vendor at our venue (Skylight), but they turned out to be so wonderful. They were flexible, accommodating, easy to work with, responsive over email...and the food was delicious! Our guests kept telling us after the wedding how good the food was. We didn't end up doing apps with them due to budget constraints, but we STILL can't stop thinking about the apricot chipotle meatballs from our tasting. Drooooool.
