We had a wonderful experience working with Parker and the Bold BBQ crew for our wedding in Longmont. Their food is so so delicious! We got brisket, chicken, Mac and cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw, as well as desserts and the appetizer board for our cocktail hour. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first about barbecue but after our tasting I was totally sold! It was a crowd pleaser for our guests as well. Here are a few things that stood out to me and why I would recommend them: - excellent and prompt communication - fair prices - I felt very confident that we’d have plenty of food, and we did. Everyone got as much as they wanted and we still had leftovers. (My mom appreciated that as she just served the leftovers for our family gathering the day after the wedding). - delicious food.

Bold BBQ catered our wedding this past weekend and our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was. Which it was very important to us. Working with Parker and Jack at Bold BBQ was very wonderful through out the whole process. They made it very stress-free process for us. I am so glad we went with them for our wedding. All of their meats were very moist and not dry. They were very accommodating with me being Gluten free on top on how picky of an eater my husband is. Our tasting was a fun date night for my fiancé and I. As we coordinated logistics, it was they were incredibly helpful to have a team who not only served excellent food, but also provided clean up service at an affordable rate. We were able to customize great options to fit both our budget and our preferences.

In addition, so many of our guests were blown away by the food. One guest approached in disbelief that catered brisket could be so juicy and tender. Another was impressed by how knowledgeable everyone was about the ingredients for allergy purposes. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Parker and Jack at Bold BBQ are wonderful. They catered my wedding and went above and beyond, arranging multiple tastings to make sure we got exactly the menu we wanted. They were great about accommodating different dietary restrictions. On the wedding day, they had everything in place and ran the event smoothly so my wife and I didn't have to worry about any details. There was plenty of food for everyone, and they provided some great recipes for the leftovers. We can't thank them enough! My picky dad said it was the best wedding food he's ever had!
