I used to go to Boston market frequently some years ago, so I decided to go in on their anniversary because they were having specials on their food, I noticed the building looks a little worn and I walk in and there was just a few people inside the upkeep wasn't great but the workers were very friendly and helpful. I used active menu and it was very easy. The restaurant employees were nice. I felt bad for the manager on duty. She had a real angry man that ordered before me. Everything was great for me.
The food we received was the worst I've ever had from here. The chicken was burnt and smelled awful. It smelled sour. The food I ordered for my children smelled the same. So I told them not to eat it. The cornbread was fine, but the sides tasted old like they have been sitting a long time. I ordered from an online delivery service and didn't have to wait a long time for my food. I returned the food to the location we got it from and the manager was very nice and replaced...
