Tommy prepared a beautiful and delicious double layer spice cake with cream cheese filling and frosting, and filligree stuff around the edges in colours I'd suggested which he nailed. Twas for my wife's 70th birthday party, and the cake was the star of the show. Tommy transferred a photograph of my wife which I'd emailed to him, on the cake, perfect rendition! I've used this bakery so many times from weddings, birthdays, baby showers etc. However, that was with the original owners, and sad to say my recent visit was underwhelming. Cupcakes are smaller than they used to be and aren't as good as before. Unfortunately, I won't be back.
